The 51st Annual Game will start tomorrow and being the captain of the cheer team, the whole school have been giving me support through banners, cheers, lifting up speeches, tokens, whatever you think possible. My locker was filling up with different notes, saying good luck for the team and little gifts the student body feel to gave me.

For a while, I've been distracted with after school cheer practices that I forgot about Seb but most of the time i was still thinking about him and how everything changes between us in a span of five days.

Good thing Bryce has been there for me, of course my friends too. And knowing Logan, he punched Seb during their practice that made him suspended from the team again. Seb was now the sole captain and though we always see each other during our joined classes and practices at the field, we never tried to talk to each other. He won't even try to give me a single look. Plus the fact that Christie has been stalking him all day, even watching and waiting for him during practices. I didn't understand anything anymore. The only thing I was sure is he changed. He didn't care enough. And now he was back with Christie. Maybe for good.

The whole school seemed oblivious though. Maybe because everyone was busy with everything going on with the preparation for the National Schools Athletic Association's 51st Annual Game, but everyone didn't gossip much about us anymore. Or maybe I just thought so. Whatever. I loved Seb. But I am Lola Andrews and I don't beg for something as petty as loving me back. I've my pride and I was thankful my friends were always there to catch me whenever I felt like having a serious meltdown. It happened almost every after practice though. It took me a lot of courage and effort to looked okay during classes. Good thing Bryce was also there, always lifting my mood up with his corny jokes and lame puns.

"What do you call a hairy baby goat?"I heard him asked me with one of his cringe worthy jokes. I rolled my eyes at him, I heard the joke before, I swear but pretended I wasn't yet.

"What? And please tell me that's your last one."I playfully told him. He snorted loudly. We were both walking to the field, today was supposed to be our get away speech with our coaches before we travel tonight for the game and also our final introduction routine practice with our athletes. Seb was the Captain of the football team, which made it my position to do the routine with him during the introduction of school colors. I don't know if I can do it cheerily. I needed to though. For the sake of school spirit.

"Come on, it is easy. Take a guess!"He childishly pouted at me. He was damn cute. Like a little brother I never had. You know, the kind you like to pinch a cheek and made cry.

"I don't know, okay? That's hard to guess. I mean baby goats are called goats too, I guess?"I answered. Damn, I was being so lame but I know Bryce only ask stupid questions like this to get my attention away from anyone else. Like that muscular guy I think about every night, who was currently walking a few meters in front of us. Christie, again, was walking beside him, trying to catch his hands but he was obviously trying to nudge. I almost snorted. The nerve of this people.

"You didn't even listen to me."I heard Bryce making me out of my tranche. I wish I can stop whatever I'm feeling for his cousin but my heart has no switch button.

"Maybe I'll guess it after practice?" I smiled at him a little. Though I've been tougher this past few days in front of these people, I can't hide away my feelings whenever I was with my friends including Bryce. I just can't.

He touch my face gently and looked me in the eye. A tear was escaping from my eyes but almost immediately, he tried to wipe it with his fingers.

"Look at me, Lo. You need to be strong, okay? The team needs you. The school needs you. Don't think about anything else. Think about something else. Like how awesome I am."He grinned at me, and I smiled to that, punching him gently on his forearm.
