Adrien reread that three-letter word over and over again in astonishment. He couldn't believe that his pen pal actually agreed to go with him even though they didn't know each other.

After hearing about the news of moving into a new house, the blonde was devastated. He was going to leave the only home and place he's ever known. He grew up in that mansion and the thought that he may never live in it again broke his heart.

Yet, this simple word turned every table and lifted his spirit. This three-letter word made his day.

Adrien rejoiced a little, excited to meet his lady in person for the first time.

"Marinette, dear! You better be getting ready for school or you'll be late!" Sabine's voice called in a warning. The teenager groaned, exhausted from yesterday's events and didn't feel like going to school today. Luka would be there and any interaction with him was going to be super awkward.

The mere thought of seeing her crush only made Marinette want to hide in her bed all day. Yet, she begrudgingly left her warm safe haven to get ready for school. Marinette yawned into her hand and trudged downstairs, her bag being dragged against the floor.

Celine was helping Sabine in the kitchen while Tikki watched her favorite cartoon in the living room. The two women in the kitchen turned their attention towards the exhausted teen. Marinette stole a buttered bagel from a plate before heading out the door without so much as a goodbye.

Celine and Sabine stared at the door before looking at each other in worried confusion. Tikki felt the hairs on the back of her neck stood in warning. She looked away from the screen to see if there was going to be another fight between her mother and aunt. Much to her confusion, it didn't seem like there was going to be one.

So, what was this bad feeling she was getting if it weren't that?

Marinette arrived at school and things had suddenly started to get weird.

For one, everyone kept looking at her and whispering gossip to their friends, flashing their phones to one another. This made the bluenette a little self-conscious and tried the blend in with the shadows as much as possible.

She hadn't the slightest clue what was going on. Yet, had a feeling that she was the topic of all the talk. This made her all the more concerned and nervous.

Once Marinette slipped into the locker room, she kept her head low and went straight for her locker. The aspiring designer noticed a few teens pointing in her direction before pretending that they didn't just do that.
