Mack = Badgey
Billy = Billy
《THIRD PERSON POV》
Billy would never admit to being sick.
He didnt want anybody to be concerned for him or take care of him. He could do things on his own.
But when Mack figured out he wasn't going to show up for work because of his sickness, he rushed over to see him.
So, here they were.
Mack wouldn't leave Billy alone to make sure he stayed in bed. Although, Billy wouldn't admit, he enjoyed how much Mack cared for him.
Mack stood up from the chair he was sitting in and stretched, "I'll make you some soup, you stay here!" He said.
Billy only gave a chuckle in response. He watched Mack walk out the door and shut it, making him a bit relieved. He tried getting up, but the lump in his throat tightened forcing him to curl up into a ball on his bed with a hiss of pain. He rocked himself slightly hoping the tightness in his throat would leave.
After a few seconds of not doing anything but watching the brightness of his clock, he felt the feeling go away.
Even he knew it was a dumb idea, but he stood up again causing himself to fall forwards. He cursed under his breath as he held onto the covers of his bed, trying to catch his breath.
It didn't take long for Mack to come running upstairs upon hearing Billy struggle.
He opened the door and gasped when he saw Billy, "Bill... what did I tell you..." Mack seemed quite disappointed in the lack of understanding that Billy needed to stay in bed. The disappointment in his voice made Billy feel kind of ashamed.
Before he could protest and say he was alright, Mack put a hand on his back and grabbed his free hand,
"Mack, I'm fine..." Billy grunted, not bothering to make eye contact with the other.
But Mack knew better.
He shook his head and clicked his tongue, starting to slowly help lift Billy up.
He was smaller then Bill, but he wasn't weak. Not at all was he weaker.
Once Billy was finally sitting on his bed again, Mack stood there looking at him.
They both looked tired from the long day the two bad spent, but Billy looked more exhausted. Like he hadn't slept properly in weeks, maybe months.
The silence was to loud for Mack. He sighed to break it and turned around towards the door. If Billy didn't want him then so be it.
Billy looked up from the floor and watched Mack slowly walk towards the door. Without thinking, he jumped forward and hugged Mack's waist from behind earning a gasp from the smaller one,
"B-bill-"
"If you want me to stay in bed, stay with me..." Billy mumbled, nuzzling his head into Mack's back. Although Mack left the soup on the counter, he assumed he could always heat it up later,
"Fine then, come on." Mack chuckled, moving Billy's hands off his waist.
The two made their way over to Billy's bed. It wasn't the biggest, yet it could fit both of them on it.
Billy layed down first. He closed his eyes, feeling a wave of relief as he felt Mack lay next to him.
Once he felt him stop moving and relax, he opened his eyes and smiled at the fact that Mack laid on his side, not facing him. Slowly, he grabbed Mack's waist again and pulled him closer. Mack groaned quietly, "when did you become so touchy?" He asked, looking over his shoulder at Billy.
Billy only rolled his eyes in response, "Just, shut up and stay with me..." he replied sleepiness taking over his voice as he closed his eyes.
Mack rolled his own eyes yet chuckled. He moved a bit closer to Billy without disturbing him and turned around so he was facing Billy instead of the wall.
Carefully, he put his hands on Billy's hands and rested his head on top of Billy's closing his eyes and falling asleep.
