She was on her way here. I just didn’t know what time she was going to show up but I was nervous. Niall wasn’t able to get her answer from Victoria and Zayn couldn’t get anything from Liebe.

Victoria and I had went back to my house after school and I spent the few hours I had before going to see them hyperventilating. Going to see Harry was the most difficult thing I think I’ve ever had to do, and I was nervous as hell. Victoria needed to talk me down from my constant panic attacks and rants about going. Waiting for the right time to go (and by right time I mean when my freaking out was at a minimum), Victoria helped me think about exactly what I was planning on saying to him, how to stand my ground, and try not to chicken out.

We waited until later in the afternoon to go into the city, knowing that they would be back at the hotel. Before leaving I called Liebe, deciding she should know about my final choice. “So that’s it, huh? That is your final decision.” “Yes, and I’m having my doubts but hopefully it’ll be the right thing to do.” She breathed heavily into the receiver. “Zayn called me earlier, he wanted to know if I knew your choice, Harry was wondering.” I laughed. “Of course he did, well I guess they’ll find out soon. I texted Harry and told him I was coming today so he’s expecting me.” “Good luck love, I hope everything goes the way you want.” I thanked my best friend and hung up the phone, turning to Victoria. “Let’s do this.”

When I had received the message from Emma that she was going to stop by, I was overjoyed but also overly nervous. Her message didn’t seem as if she was ending it, but didn’t hint to us patching things up either. Although she didn’t call, it was just a text. I couldn’t pick up much from a text. “Niall, mate, you’re ordering food now? We’re about to start the twit cam.” Niall smiled happily from the phone. “Their is never a bad time to get food.” I shook my head at the blonde boy hunched over the table with the hotel phone on it.

He hadn’t been able to squeeze it from Victoria either, although unlike Liebe, she seemed to know the answer, just being reluctant to say. Could that be bad? If it was good then wouldn’t she have said? But maybe she just didn’t want to ruin it for Emma. If I already knew what the answer was then maybe Emma would switch it, somehow getting unhappy that I was expecting her to forgive me. I was hopeless.

The familiar train to the familiar hotel to see the familiar faces of four boys and one face that no matter how familiar it gets I would always find it new. This was beginning to become my life, except now twists tied in my stomach and I felt like I was going to explode. I wanted to get out of here and run for the nearest town far away from where I was headed straight to. Victoria was giving me continuous cautious looks from the corner of her eye. “What if I don’t end up going through with my choice, what if last minute I somehow slip up because of a random change of heart? Then completely regret it later? Maybe I should just text him it and it would save me so much effort.” My friend shook her head, obviously not letting me out of this. “You have to do it face to face like he asked. You’ll do what you need to, and if you have a sudden change in heart about your answer then that means it’s the right answer. If you look at him and realize that something’s not right then its better you go with what you think is right.”

I thought for a moment about what she said. What if I see him and think that my final decision isn’t the right one? “When did you become brilliant? But besides that, what if he freaks out or rejects my decision? What if he refuses to listen or believe me? He said he’ll do what makes me happy but what if what makes me happy causes him to flip?” Victoria almost laughed at me. “I highly doubt that’s going to happen.”

“Hi everyone!” Niall yelled into the video camera in front of us. We all surrounded the computer so that we were in full view. I was sitting more to the right this time, trying to keep myself out of the line of fire. “So Nialler here has ordered mass food for the lot of us because ‘it’s always a good time to eat’.” Zayn said into the camera, smiling. Liam, Louis, and I cracked up a bit, knowing Zayn was spot on.
