"L-louis?" I stutter, voice practically inaudible but he still hears it as his eyes darken and his nostrils flare. "W-what are you d-doing h-here?" He raises an eyebrow and glances around pointedly.
"Here I thought Uni made people smarter; clearly that isn't the case for you. What the hell do you think I'm doing here?" he scoffs, raising the basket he's carrying that has a few items in it. I wipe my sweaty palms on my jeans and try to regulate my breathing as his eyes slowly start drifting down my body. He bites his lip and shakes his head slowly. "You look even prettier than I remember," he mutters under his breath before sliding his tongue along his bottom lip briefly. "May not be very bright, but your looks always did make up for it." My cheeks flush in embarrassment and I grip the trolley tighter as I take a hesitant step back.
"I-I should really finish m-my shopping now. Goodbye, Louis." His eyes flash with annoyance and he reaches forward to grip my wrist tightly. I whimper quietly and try to pull my hand away but he simply tightens his grip. "L-let go," I whisper, tears filling my eyes rapidly as my breath starts coming in short pants and my body begins trembling with fear.
"What's the rush? It's been so long, I think we need to... catch up," he says in a deceptively sweet tone, a small smile tugging at his lips. He leans forward and I freeze in place as his lips hover next to my ear, my eyes widening when I feel his breath fan across my skin. "And I thought I trained you better than that, my little slut. You know better than to call me by my name," he whispers, grip tightening even further.
"I-I am not yours, and you are n-n-not my d-dom anymore," I stutter out, cursing myself for not being stronger. He chuckles darkly and I cringe away from him when he presses a kiss to my jaw.
"You'll always be mine, whore," he growls quietly and I feel a few tears slip down my cheeks. "Best not forget that. I'm the only one who will ever be able to put up with your annoying bullshit. Anyone who tries to claim differently is just playing you." More tears drip down my cheeks when I meet his eyes and he rolls his eyes. "Still so fucking weak and pathetic," he sneers and I squeeze my eyes shut as his words flow over me.
"Hey! Let go of him!" My head whips around to the end of the aisle where Michael is currently storming towards us, face red with anger and glare focused directly at Louis.
"And if I don't? What are you going to do about it? You're just a pitiful sub, just like our little Lukey here," he chuckles. He tugs on my arm and I cry out in pain at the movement as he pulls me against him and wraps his arms around me tightly. "I was just having a casual conversation, you see. Just reminding my little pet who he belongs to." I whimper and squeeze my eyes shut when I feel his tongue slide up my neck, hoping and praying that this is just a nightmare and that I'm going to wake up in Ashton's arms at any second now.
"Is there a problem here, gentlemen?" a deep voice asks, but I'm too afraid to open my eyes.
"Yes, as a matter of fact, there is. This thing won't let go of my friend and is threatening him," Michael replies, voice full of malice. My breath is coming in short pants and my heart is racing uncontrollably as Louis finally releases me from his grip and pushes me away from him. I stumble forward into Michael and he's quick to wrap his arms around me protectively.
"Alright, Sir, I'm going to need you to vacate the premises immediately." I glance over at him and see him staring at Louis who raises his hands in a sign of surrender and slowly starts backing away from us.
"See you soon, Luke," he says with a wink before turning around and disappearing with the security guard.
As soon as he's out of sight, I let out a sob and bury my head in the crook of Michael's neck while he rubs my back soothingly.
