Chapter 5

Christine's POV

" but before anything else .. " I look at him as he walk into the room . What is he trying to say ? Why doesn't he finish his sentence ? He walk out and look at me smiling , then he knelt down and took out a ring box and open it . He didn't have to say anything , I knew what he was going to do . I place both my hands on my mouth

" Christine , I know I asked you before but I kind of forced you and scare you away ... " he look down and shake his head , showing the face of regret .

" I want to make it right this time . I love you since the moment I first heard you sing . I love you even more these past few years as I watch you grow . If you could find a tiny bit of love to forgive me for what I did and love me for who I am , I promise to give you my heart , I mean you already own it anyways . You're the first person I want to wake up to and the only one to kiss goodnight to . Unless you know .. we have a child that I'll promise to take care and love with all of my heart . I want to hold you forever and be beside you . Because the first time that I saw these hands .. I couldn't imagine not being able to hold them . Will you marry me and let me hold you forever ? " He said . I can see him shaking , worrying I would say no .

" Yes ! Yes of course I'll marry you " I said excitingly . He let out a laughter and gleamed a smile . He took my shaky hands as he placed the ring on my ring finger . He knelt down both on his knee and hug me tightly . We let out a tear of joy .

" Let's finish our meal and go alright " he said and I nodded my head . I couldn't stop staring at how perfectly the ring fit in my finger and how simple yet exquisite the ring was . We finished our meal and packed our bags . I brought little clothes with me but he told me not to worry as he's going to buy me some when we got to America . I too have some money from the success I got from the performance . Together with his it's definitely enough to buy a house there and buy a show for him .

We hopped onto the ship to America . I look back to Paris and bid my goodbye one last time . My father's grave is there , I promise myself I'll definitely come back when the time is right . Erik held out his hand as we walked towards our room .

" Erik , promise me we will come back here .. it's just that father is buried here .. and I .." I couldn't continue my words as I miss my father so much and wish he was here . Erik held my waist and pull me into him . He place his hand slowly onto my head and let me bury my head into his chest . " I promise . " he said . I let out a smile as his hugs gets tighter and comforter . I felt so safe in his arms and I like how I can hear his heart beat . " Come , lets get to bed alright . " Erik whispers to my ear .

I went to the toilet to shower and change before getting to bed . As I was changing and looking at the mirror , I can see Erik blushing as his eyes studied me up and down . He look into the mirror and saw my eyes staring at him . I smiled at him and he instantly look away . I laughed softly as I turned to walk towards the bed . I climb onto the bed . The both of us were silent and it honestly felt awkward but then Erik put his hands over my shoulder and pulled me closer to him . I lay my head on his shoulder as our fingers intertwined one another . He kept turning the ring on my finger and smiling . He was shirtless and I couldn't help but study him now . 

Erik's POV

Our fingers intertwined so naturally . It felt so right and i am so blessed to have such angel in my life . Who would lead me away from the darkness . I felt so happy that I want to sing

" Say you'll share with me one love , one lifetime . Lead me , save me from my solitude . Say you need me with you here beside you ." She got up and look me into the eyes . She held my scared face .
" Anywhere you go let me go too . Christine , that's all I ask of you . " She continued the song . " say you'll share with me one love , one lifetime . " she hold my hand as she smile brightly . " say the word and I will follow you " she nod her head furiously . " share each day with me , each night each morning . Say you love me . " I smile back at her " you know I do "

Then our voices matches one another " Love me thats all I ask of you " I stare into her eyes with passion and I smashed my lips against hers . I beg for entrance and she gave it to me, our tongues fighting one another for dominance . With one sweep of my hand , I turned her around so that her back is laying on the bed and I was on top of her . I broke apart from our kiss and I move my lips to her neck and then to her collarbone . " mm Erik , I love you " I hear her groan softly as my kisses gets harder . I slowly remove her slip and kiss every skin I can find on her . I look up to her and gaze into her eyes ensuring she's looking back at me . " Christine , you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen . I love you so much . "
" Erik please , take me .. " she begs me as she pulled my body closer . I nod my head and kiss her passionately as if it's the last time I'll be kissing her .
