Chronic, incurable, lifelong – yes. That's what all the experts, psychologists and doctors say all around the world. Well, they are somehow right. In the end, if you didn't understand something well enough, you would probably end up making stuff up. No one really knows what causes this disorder – it's probably a combination of the enviroment you live in, your childhood, your dog, your classmates...
Wait, do you still believe me?
It's just the right time to change all of that. It's time to look at the problem under microscope, leave the labs, stop consuming antidepressants and use a common sense.
Who am I, when I have the courage to doubt dozens of years of research?
In fact, I am just a regular guy. I play sports with my friends, I love aviation and sometime in the future, I would like to be a pilot or an actor – maybe both.
I am not a doctor, psychologist or a brain expert. I can promise.
In the end, I am just a dude who has recovered from several worst anxiety disorders and wants to pass the knowledge he possessed.
Where should we begin?
