"Touch her," she dared as she started walking up to him. Liam stood frozen, before blinking his eyes and glaring at the girl, trying to control her mind.
Grace smirked again before laughing. She stopped walking and bent over, doubling with laughter. Once she calmed down, she softly smiled at the man. "You know that won't work on me; I'm royal." She turned to watch the crowd before turning to him again. "I know you've hurt people, a lot. But you should know that I have the upper hand here."
"No," Liam instantly said, growling at her. "Stop whatever act you're doing and get down on your knees. Whatever you are planning won't work. You are surrounded by my men and you're going to watch every one of your 'pack' die before I kill you myself, like I did with the rest of your family."
"There's no plan Liam." Grace wiped her hands on her blouse before looking up at him with determine. "The only thing that's there is fear. Your people may be 'loyal' to you and may get manipulated into your commands, but they fear you! They hate you so much that they're too afraid to act on it. They've experienced so much pain because of you and they will never forgive you for it!"
"Stop talking as if you've known them your whole life when in reality, all you've done is hide!" Liam growled at Grace talking a daring step towards her.
"Stop this Liam." Lucas jumped in, placing a hand on his brother's shoulder but Liam shook it off.
"Shut up, coward."
"Don't speak to my family like that, you have no right." Grace muttered challenging him. "And you're right, I don't know these people at all. I've been locked away from myself all these years. But that doesn't give you any lead to take what's mine. These people may not know me, but they will stand by my side if they want their pack to be saved and you to fall."
Liam chuckled, taking Grace a joke. "You," he pointed at her. "You're going to kill me?"
Grace only nodded, "the only blood that will be spilled in this field from now on is yours, thank you very much."
"You killed Delcon as well..." he offered to remind and Grace smiled.
"He's a vampire your majesty, he doesn't bleed." A few chuckles emitted out of the crowd before Liam glared at them all to bring silence once again.
"It's over Liam, give it all up. You had your time with the Throne, it's time that it returns to its rightful owner." Rust stepped next to Grace, tucking his hands into his jeans pockets.
"Who says? I still have the crown. The pack still serves me!" He growled but Lucas stopped him again.
"You think that everyone will bend to your needs, but you must remember that you were once a normal pack member before turning into a monster. I say this because you daily trusted Luke, even when he came back to you to 'serve' you without wanting revenge."
