Matthew pov ~

"Anyone you like?" Blake, looked over curiously.

"Yea, I do like someone actually." I answered.

I was surprised to find him at practice. He isn't a part of the team since he'd a freshman but he's not bad.

The coach wanted to give us an easier day, since he said healing Is also a part of sports.

Yeah, whatever. My muscles don't mind playing everyday but he's probably right.

I didn't notice before, but I looked to my side to see Liam gone.

"Where's Liam?"

"Dunno. He sounded pretty pissed though."

"Agh, what's the point of coming here then. I'm going home."

"Zach's free now so I'll go pick him up. See ya!"

-------

I haven't seen Liam all day, but I did text him yesterday.

He said he'll get me snacks today after practice so that's something to look forward to I guess.

"There's a party today, you coming?" Blake asked, I didn't notice he was walking behind me. It's almost like he comes over after every practice.

"Nah, I need to be somewhere." I'll probably go over to Liam's.

"It's a Friday though!"

"So tomorrow I can sleep in."

"You're boring."

He walked in the lockers after me, closing the door behind him.

"Why did you-"

"The person you like., it's Liam isn't it?"
My eyes widened.

"Anyone can tell man. The way you look at him." He walked over.

"I expected you to be straight, maybe not." He smirked.

"I guess I'm bi, I only like him."

"I'm kinda jealous honestly."

"Can you stand a little away if you don't mind? Personal space y'know?"

"Youre also nicer to him than most people." Blake wrapped his arm around my neck. The fuck?

"What are you doing?"

"Just trying something." He stood on his toes, closing in. Oh wait, no.

"Go try with someone else-"

"Just think I'm Liam." He finished, and before I knew it his lips were on mine.

I was still hung up on Liam's name, and I didn't realize what's happening. He pulled my face Futher down to make up for the height difference.

I heard the door open.

"Hey Matt, I think i-" I watched as Liam's eyes turned from cheerful to a horrifying look. He stood there frozen, almost as if he was still processing what was going on. His eyes found mine, and it physically pained me, to see him look that hurt, but most of all shocked.

I pushed Blake away, and as soon as I was gonna walk to him, he was gone.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?"

"Are you guys going out? Crap Im sorry, I didn't know."

"Even if you didn't, I didn't want to kiss you. What the fuck were you thinking?" I screamed, unable to hold of back.
