Finished editing this chapter, it's pretty late so I'll go to bed now. Enjoy ~

I didn't really expect much from work today. It isn't very busy on workdays so it should be bearable.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed Tanya arguing with her boyfriend. No surprise there, they are always fighting.
Honestly thought, they make a sweet couple when the do get along.

I decided to cover for her too, since there weren't many people here. And also interrupting their fights was probably the worst crime a person could commit.

When she noticed she smiled at me, and went back to quarrelling.

I sat down, scrolling through my phone pointlessly to find something interesting.

Finally, about an hour into my shift, someone walked in.

"Hi, what can I get you?"

"One black coffee, I think that's it."

I nodded, and collected the money. I made the coffee and brought it to the counter. Black coffee was the easiest thing to make so didn't take too long.

"Here you g-"

When I put the coffee down on the counter he accidentally ended up holding my hand instead of the cup. Yeah, accidentally.

He looked up to meet my eyes, but didn't leave my hand.

"Um.."

He chuckled, letting go of my hand.

Excuse you, sir, this wasn't amusing in the least.

"Y'know, you're kinda cute."

I didn't respond, but it didn't seem to affect him.

He took his coffee and sat down on the table nearest to the counter. I paid it no mind, probably just an awkward person right?

I looked up to see Matthew's group come in. Damn it, they eat so much it's hard to get all that food done alone. I sighed, hoping they didn't have a big order today.

Instead of Matthew however, Perry came to give the order today. Thank god.

"Oh Liam you work here?"

"Mhm."

"Well here's my phone, it's a lot of food so take your time." he smiled and walked back.

See, That's the difference between him and Matthew.

The order was a little lesser than the other day, but it was still a lot for me to handle alone. It took me a good 30 minutes to make sure everything was right.

I wasn't in the mood for Matthew shouting in my face again, so I double checked everything.

I signalled Perry when it was done, he and one of his friends came and collected the food.

I sat down, took out my phone and started scrolling through Twitter again. Fan wars take over Stan Twitter like every two days.

After a bit I looked up to see if Tanya was done yet, but I couldn't see either of them. She could have atleast told me before leaving.

As I looked down, from the side of my eye I noticed the guy from before looking at me. Oh wait not looking, staring.

I tried to ignore Him, and replied to some texts from Zach.

After a bit, I looked over, and he was still staring, not even trying to hide it.

Did he not know to keep his eyes to himself? I was pretty fidgety at this point, but still pretended to not notice.

I just had to ignore him till the end of my shift. No way he will sit here till then right?

I underestimated him, nice work Liam.

15 minutes before my shift was done, he came to the counter and ordered another coffee.

This time I quickly withdrawed my hand before he could even get to the cup but he followed my hand and clenched my wrist before I realized what was happening.

I stood there frozen, as he slowly followed up and interlocked his fingers with mine. Creepy.
So creepy.

He smiled at me, as if what he was doing wasn't weird at all.

I tried to wiggle my hand out but he was stronger than he looked. I wasn't one to get scared so easily, but something about him scared the shit out of me.

"Cou-"

"Liam huh?" He said looking down at my name tag.

I'm never wearing that again, that's for sure.

I jerked my hand out ready to scream at the idiot until he turned deaf, but as soon as I opened my mouth to say something his other hand was on my mouth making anything I said sound like chicken scratch.

"D-"

"He's visibly uncomfortable, so I'm kinda concerned if you're his boyfriend. And if not, I don't think you should touch someone you don't know, especially if they are this uncomfortable." I heard Matthew say calmly.

He looked back to see Matthew and Perry standing behind him.

As soon as he let down his guard, I bit his hand, as he winced and withdrawed his hand.

"God, your hand is disgusting." I said rushing to wash out my mouth.

Does he not wash his hands, like ever?

I heard perry laugh out side and the guy walked out not saying anything else.

"Does that happen a lot?" Perry asked when I returned.

"No, usually they leave once I refuse to give them my number."

"You're popular with men I see." He wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"Shut up."

"Since when have you guys been talking? Did I miss something..." Matthew said finally.

"Today's lunch break, I accidentally crashed into him and he ended up with that nasty bump." He pointed to my head.
"I offered to get him lunch and sat with his group."

Matthew nodded, looked at me and went back to his group. Surprisingly, without a scowl. Was that because Perry was there?

"Liam?"

"Mhm?"

"If that guy comes back you can ask us for help. He didn't look like he's gonna stop that easily." He said nervously.

"Us?"

"Matthew may be a jerk, but he won't refuse help if you're in trouble y'know."

I hummed In response. I highly doubt that.

"Also, do you know that guy?"

"Uh I-I'll get going now. See you tomorrow." He waved and left without looking at me. Huh?

They definitely knew something I didn't, or well atleast Perry did.
