The wedding reception was a blast, many people that Lada don't know and met for the first time in her life are gathered around for food and drinks to celebrate with them. But most of these people are friends with the Moratti clan.
It also included a photoshoot of the event. Pakiramdam niya ay masakit na ang panga niya kakangiti. When she was finally allowed to take a break and enjoy herself, she went to one of the bathrooms to change to something more comfortable. Nonna Sofia chose a soft layered lace rainbow hombre flowing dress for her to wear to the reception. It's all straps on the bodice part but truly comfortable.
Nakahinga ng maluwag si Lada ng makapagpalit na ng damit. She went back to the reception area and sat on the bar for a few drinks. Gusto niya munang mapag isa sa gitna ng pagsasaya na iyon. So she sat at the farthest part of the reception hall, may bar din naman duon ngunit kaunti lang and mga tao.
"Devil springs please." She ordered from the bar tender and smiled sweetly.
"Wow, love women who likes strong drinks." A stranger sat beside her pero hindi naman niya ito pinansin.
A girl can't catch a break. Gusto ko nga mapag isa.
Then another guy came at bigla lang inakbayan si Lada. Nagulat naman ang dalaga but she politely removed the guys arms around her.
"Hey, baby girl. Suplada mo naman, di ka ba pwede makausap?" Sabi ng malaking lalaki na may bigote at malaki ang katawan.
"I just want to be alone please." She's boiling inside but she calmed herself and resorted to talking the guys down.
"Gusto ka lang namin makausap, promise you'll have more fun with us than this blasted wedding reception." Inakbayan na naman siya ng isa sa mga lalake na medyo payat at nakabukas ang polo, he reeks of alcohol at alam mong lasing na dahil sumusuray na ito at pulam pula ang mga mata at ang mukha.
"I said, I want to be alone." Matigas ang tinig ni Lada, inisang lagok niya ang vodka at tumayo na ito. Hinablot siya sa buhok ng malaking lalaki and she automatically grappled him and applied a rear naked choke. The other guy attacked her but she twisted her body along with the man she's grappling at ito ang tinamaan ng sampal sana ng lalaking malaki ang katawan.
Fuck! Anongg klaseng lalaki yun, nanampal ng babae? Sheesh!
Sa di kalayuan ay hindi pa din namalayan ni Axel at Achilles ang nangyayari lay Lada. Patuloy sa pagtatalo ang dalawa.
"What the fuck did you do this time, Achilles?" Maanghang ang mga salita ni Axel.
"Mi dispiace, fratello. Sora has been bugging me since last month. Claiming I impregnated her which is impossible." Si Achilles na malayo ang tingin.
"Impossible? You had sex with her and you think getting her pregnant is impossible?"
"Maingat ako, Axel. That's the first thing that nonno taught us. We shouldn't father children we cannot take care of."
"And you thought that pretending to be married can stop her? Dinamay mo pa si Lada dito."
"Look who's talking." Mapaklang sagot naman ni Achilles sa sinabi ni Axel.
"Whatever the fuck do you mean by that?!" Galit na si Axel, tumayo ito at akmang susuntukin na si Achilles ng madinig nila ang komosyon sa dulong bahagi ng reception hall.
"Lada's in trouble, stop acting like children!" Sinigawan silang dalawa ni Lexter at iniwan na sila para puntahan nito si Lada.
Tumakbo din si Achilles at Axel papunta sa kung saan naroon si Lada.
