TW? near death

I was scrolling through Twitter, checking in on any fans who tweeted me art and reposting it. I loved interacting with my fans. I had gained quite a lot since joining Smosh. The fame was scary at first and way too overwhelming but I started treating them how I wanted to when I looked up to people.

I was enjoying my day off. This week had been so hectic with filming. Damien and Shayne were going out of town for a while so we wanted to film a bunch in advance as to not annoy any fans.

They were going to Florida for something about Shayne's family. Since the two were so close and Shayne's family treated Damien as a third son, Damien was invited along. He was super excited for it too, he loved spending time with Shayne's family.

I'd miss them a bunch. We'd always hang out after work and play video games or just hang out. My favorite was going to Damien's house and playing with his cats (a/n so uh...I think Zelda and Freyja have come up in like all of these chapters...one might call me a cat person).

They'd only be gone for a week though, and Damien has given me a key to his place a while ago for emergencies. I think seeing his cats is an emergency. So I should be good.

--The Next Day

Damien and Shayne were leaving today. Them and the rest of the crew met up at the airport to wish them safe travels and whatnot. We all hugged one another then they boarded the plane.

The rest of us went out for lunch after the plane lifted, I made them stick behind to make sure there was no delay. I've always been on the paranoid side. Even during lunch I kept an eye on the news, making sure no planes had crashed recently.

Around six hours later, they texted us that they landed safely and I was finally able to put my mind to ease. I made myself some dinner and quickly ate. I spent the rest of my night watching Netflix, catching up on my favorite show.

It was already eleven when I started to feel tired. I scolded myself for staying up late on a work night. I slipped into a warm shower and quickly washed myself before putting on my pajamas. I got into bed and quickly fell asleep. I tend to sleep heavier when a huge stressor has been lifted.

--

I wake up in a cold sweat to my alarm beeping violently. One of my reoccurring nightmares had happened again. It was me all alone in a greyish field, there were storm clouds making the sky look as if it were midnight, but something told me it was daytime. I was all alone, not even an abandoned barn or something in the distance.

That was something I hated more than anything. Feeling alone. Helpless. Forgotten. Some people could handle that nightmare easily, but being alone is one of my greatest fears.

I sighed heavily and threw the covers off my hot body. The sweat sticking the covers to my legs momentarily. I decided to take another shower to rinse the sweat off.

I showered quickly, not wanting to be late for work and put on my usual work outfit for this season. A knitted sweater and blue high waisted jeans. I slipped on my boots, perfect to keep me warm in the autumn. I threw on some bracelets and a necklace I got for my birthday years ago and grabbed my keys.

I left the house and went to work.

We filmed a skit that the fans would hopefully not care than Shayne and Damien were missing. It was focused around the girls so them being absent was a good excuse.

Most of the day was then spent coming up with future video ideas and editing. We had a bit more free time now that a lot of the videos were now pre filmed.
