"Sunshine."

Zara heard a voice and opened her eyes to see Kabir standing in front of her.

"Sunshine."

She heard again and realised that he was indeed there but she didn't react because Arun's threat was still playing in her mind. She looked at Kabir but she didn't smile like always.

She didn't look at him but looked through him.

Kabir saw the silent tears falling from her eyes, her shivering body and her distressed look.

He understood everything from her silence.

He now looked at Arun who was now busy standing up. His face changed from concern to murderous rage.

No one should ever dare to mess with her.

No one should make her cry.

No one should even think about touching her.

She is his.

To tease, to cry, to laugh and to destroy.

Only his.

He pulled Arun by his shirt and pushed him against the wall and punched him on his face. But one punch didn't feel enough, so he punched him again and... again.

The blood coming out from his face should satisfy him but it didn't. He was about to punch him again but the security guards finally arrived and separated him from that vile man.

Where were they when she was distressed? This is the system that he hated! Security coming after the crime is committed.

He was about to lecture those guards or Arun but his attention shifted on the person who was now sitting on the floor busy crying. She didn't have any idea about what was happening.

She was having a panic attack and he knew that he has to take care of her first.

Everything else comes after her.

"Take this man away. We will file official complaint against him soon." Kabir instructed the guards.

He then turned to a semi-conscious Arun and said, "You will face the consequences of what you did today. If you ever dare to come near her, I will kill you... to hell with the law and system!"

He saw Arun being taken away and also noticed that some people have arrived now but he told them off.

Cowards! Want to see the drama but don't want to come for help. Now everyone is here. Where were they when she needed?

His mind was still feeling sick about thinking of the possibility of what could have happened if he didn't come here on time.

He was not getting a good feeling today, he felt as if something bad was about to happen to someone important to him.

He messaged his sweetie pie, asking her if she was fine. Her reply was simple that she was. At the same time, he thought about his Sunshine and searched for her in the hospital. She also missed terrace session.

She left the hospital early and that made him worried about her. He tried calling her but her phone was switched off and so he drove like crazy just to see her once. And he was glad that he did. Now here she was, sitting on the floor and crying.

Her tears were his weakness.

He slowly helped her in standing and took the keys that were fallen on the floor and helped her get inside. He made her sit on the sofa and tried to stand up to get a glass of water for her but she held his hand tightly and his heart clenched to see her in this situation.
