Sanaa saw Rehan entering the hospital hurriedly and both of them stiffened seeing each other.

Because if they both are here that meant Aayat and Ayaan were left with their grandmother once again.

Sanaa had to come to the hospital for an emergency consult. Rehan has told her not to go that but she had to as it was an emergency. He was supposed to be with them when he called her saying he has to go for some important meeting.

That was becoming stressful for both of them. Rehan wanted her to be home with twins as he has workload of past few months catching up on him and she knew that she has to go out, at least for few hours in a week.

And she wanted Rehan to be with kids that time. But he got into emergency meetings. And Sanaa didn't understand why his emergencies were valid but not hers?

Then realised that maybe it's a normal thing that every new parents have to go through. Yet, it created tension between them from last one week. Even the ice cream he brought in the morning, was left unopened as she was in hurry and so was he.

"Is Zara inside?" Rehan asked and now Sanaa's eyes widened.

How does he know her?

"Yes." She said and she wanted to ask so many questions but waited for the doctors to update them regarding Zara.

Nothing else mattered right now. Zara did and her baby.

Kabir and Zara's baby if she is not wrong.

She prayed for the safety of her unborn nephew or niece.

Pakhi came out and started speaking.

"Do you know her?" She asked both of them.

"She is Zara. I met her today in the supermarket. She looked troubled so I offered her my number to call in any emergency and she called a while ago. She was panicking. Is she alright? Is her baby alright?" Rehan asked hurriedly without giving Sanaa the chance to speak.

And Pakhi shook her head.

"She is severely stressed. Her stress might kick a pre mature labour. We need to closely monitor her for next twenty four hours. I need to speak to her husband or anyone who knows her details." Pakhi said and both Rehan and Sanaa got worried.

"He is not coming near her."

Rehan said clenching his fist remembering his last conversation with Zara.

"He is here."

Sanaa said in shock as she saw Kabir there.

Everyone got shocked when they saw Kabir almost running in their direction.

But he didn't care for anyone.

He didn't acknowledge anyone's presence.

He looked at Pakhi and asked, "How is she?"

Pakhi stepped back in shock while Sanaa sat with her head in her hand and Rehan looked at Kabir in disbelief.

"How is Zara, Pakhi?" He asked urgently.

"She is under stress. She needs to be monitored closely. Her history is needed." Pakhi said after coming out of her shock and Kabir immediately sent her the details which were saved on his phone in case of emergency.

"She is eight months and half months pregnant. Her due date is after twenty days. She has a history of taking anti-depressants but not during her pregnancy. She took all her meds carefully. Her every scan was normal. No risk of any infection. No allergic reaction to any meds. Rest I have messaged you. You have to save her Pakhi. Save her and our baby."
