Chapter 2- Hooah, Fighting and falling asleep on Captain America.

Natasha and I have the group follow us into the control room. They walk in and look around and I see Nick standing in his spot in the middle of the room. I walk over to his or near him and watch him give us the order to vanish in the air with reflection panels. I hear the man tell him that we're disappeared. Steve walks up and hands me ten dollars. I give him a small smirk.

"Told you so." I say and he smiles down at me. My stomach flutters a little. Dang why does it do that? He turns back to Bucky and Bee and I slip the ten dollars back into his pockets. Bucky and Bee smile when they see me successfully do that. They laugh when I punch my fist into the air happily. Steve turns around and I abruptly stop, causing Bucky and Bee more laughter. I smile at them.

"Gentleman and Ladies." He nods to Natasha, Bee and I and we nod back. I walk up to him and stand next to him for a second.

"I took your advice you gave me a few years ago. Now I have ten bucks, but I decided to be nice and a good girl, so I slipped it back." I say and Fury smiles over at me.

"Told you they're always wrong." I smile proudly and walk over to Natasha who is crouched down near a photo of Clint. I still can't believe Loki got him. I then tune into the conversation between Banner and Fury.

"Doctor, Thank you for coming." The Director says holding out his hand and they shake.

"So, uh... how long am I staying?" Dr. Banner asks nervously and he looks around the room for anything that could set him off into full Hulk mode.

"Once we get our hands on the Tesseract, you're in the clear." The Director says and I walk into the conversation.

"Where are you with that?" I ask and they both look over at me.

"We're sweeping every wirelessly accessible camera on the planet. Cell phones, and laptops. If it's connected to the satellite it's all ears and eyes for us." He says and I begin thinking. I almost say something, but Dr. Banner does.

"That's still not going to find them in time." He goes to say something but I butt in.

"How many spectrometers do you have access to?" Banner looks at me shocked. "What? I'm almost as smart as you." I say raising my hands in defense. Dr. Banner smiles because I said almost as smart as him. I grin at him.

"How many are there?" Fury asks looking in between us and I nod towards Dr. Banner.

"Call every lab you know, tell them to put the spectrometers on the roof and calibrate them for gamma rays-"I cut him off.

"Then we can rough out a tracking algorithm based on cluster recognition. At least we could rule out a few places." I say thoughtfully. I nod my head up and down in agreement. Suddenly I notice many pairs of eyes on me, curious as to why I know all this.

"I recreated the super soldier serum, I think I should be able to find a high gamma ray cube that was stolen." I say and everyone turns away and I see a look of surprise on Banner's face at how I recreated te serum. I sigh and look at Fury.

"Do you have a place I can work?" Banner asks and Fury looks at Natasha.

"Agent Romanoff, would you show Dr. Banner to the laboratory, please?" Director Fury asks her. Natasha starts heading toward the exit with Banner at her side.

"You're gonna love it, Doc, we got all the toys." She says and I smile. They walk out of the room and I notice the Director looking at me.

"Take the three super soldier to their rooms. Then take them and show them the training room, weapons room and the lab." He says and I nod my head.
