Chapter 5

The boys finally arrived at Lakewood University with Juicy's jaw almost on the floor by how big it was

"Haha! We haven't even gotten inside yet dawg. Luckily, the first team is practicing today so the doors are open" laughed Eddie

The two headed towards the front door and were greeted by a friendly middle-aged lady at the front desk

"Afternoon gentlemen. How may I help you?"

"Hi Miss Smith! This is my buddy Gaege. He's the new student and we just wanted to make sure he's signed in and sorted for tomorrow"

"Oh yeah, your papers are here. Mr...Gib..Mr Gibson! Yes, here you are. Go down the passage and the last door to your left, you'll find Mr Snyder's office. He'll help you with everything"

"Cool, thanks so much" said Juicy, before heading off with Eddie

"Hey, you go ahead so long, I gotta stop by the bathroom" interrupted Eddie

Juicy nodded and headed towards the office where he found a girl looking down and sorting out some papers

"Umm hi? I need to speak to Mr Snyder do you perhaps-"

She then looked up and Juicy's eyes shot wide open

"Whoa! Hey Gabby! What are you doing here?" asked Juicy

"Oh hi! Umm, do I know you?" she awkwardly asked

"Oh, sorry, I'm Gaege. I was part of the group of boys when you ran into Eddie at LettuceEat"

"Ohhh! I'm so sorry, I'm just so busy with work right now" she said, before getting up to shake his hand "Is Eddie with you perhaps?"

"Yeah, he just went to the bathroom quickly. He'll be here soon"

As Juicy was looking around for Mr Snyder's office, Eddie returned and bumped straight into Gabby

"Eyyy Mami !!! It's so great to see you again!" he said, before bringing her into a hug

"Hi Eddie! Yeah, I ran into Gaege earlier. What you guys doing here anyway?" she asked

"Gaege is new to Lakewood so we gotta go to Mr Snyder to get his classes and papers sorted out. You know, all that shit" said Eddie

"Oh! Well head to the last door on your left and you'll find him there" she said, pointing down a small passage

"Great! Gaege, you won't mind going alone, would you?" asked Eddie

"Umm...no?"

"Great, so Gabby, are you still busy with your work or would you mind if we took a quick stroll around the building" asked Eddie

"I guess I'm free for a bit" chuckled Gabby before leaving her desk

"Umm, you guys have fun, I'll sort my papers out with Mr Snyder so long" said Gaege, before sadly walking off

Juicy's POV

Great, I'm once again left for a girl. Eddie and I are the only single ones out of the group. I already had to take all the "I'm hanging out with my girlfriend" shit from the others and now I lost Eddie as well! So fucking annoying! Ugh, forget it Gaege, we're here for the papers, not Eddie.

I eventually found my way to the office and sat down

"Hi there! You must be Mr Gibson"

"Yes sir"

"Great, so do you have all your necessary papers and documents that were emailed to you?"

"Umm.. I think so"

"You can place them on that pile over there but before we get your classes and everything sorted, I'll have to ask you some final questions to go into your portfolio"

"Ya sure"

"Are you living with your parents or any legal guardians at this moment?"

"I actually live alone, but I'm staying with a friend for the next week while my new house gets exterminated"

"Oh well that sucks. Anyway, have you been taking any drugs or substances in the last 5 days"

"I had a few drinks last night, but that's basically it"

"Good boy. Do you have any type of career or working experience?"

"Umm, I have a YouTube channel, does that count?"

"I think so. Anyway, last question. At Lakewood, the students and their achievements are our biggest priority. We're always looking towards the future, never back. If there are any incidents that you regret or is holding you back from achieving your dreams, I want you to sit back for a bit and forget all of them before attending this college"

I sat back into my seat and closed my eyes. Mmm regrets? I never thought about them. I let my mind wonder until I was once again, stopped by the moment Eddie and I kissed. For fuck sakes, why won't it leave my head already!

"Thank you Mr Gibson, that will be all for now. You can hand your folder over to Miss Smith in front and collect your timetable tomorrow morning"

I stood up, shook his hand and headed outside. Fuck, now I have to find Eddie

I ran towards the main field to find them seated on the bleaches

"Yo Eddie! I'm done! Let's go!" I shouted

"Hold up dawg, I gotta say bye to Gabby" said Eddie, before jumping down with Gabby "Thanks for the chat! I'll text you later"

Juicy's POV

It felt like years has passed by the time Eddie finally greeted Gabby. I starred as they giggled and shared a huge bear hug. His hands tightly around her waist while digging his chin in her neck. That's how he held me that night. Wait what? What am I saying? This fucking memory better leave my head soon before I start screaming

Eddie and I finally left and head back to his place. I lowered my seat and tried not to lose my mind.
