Something Special (Eddie x Juicy) ✔

Chapter 7

It's the next morning and the sound of Gaege's alarm clock broke the soothing sound of the cold Monday breeze. First day of College!

Eddie's POV

I'm the first one to get up this morning. I made my way down the stairs and turned off the alarm clock. Fuck, why is it so loud. I gently shook Juicy awake and made us both a warm cup of coffee. This is the proper way to start off an important day. As I retrieved the milk from the fridge, I couldn't help but notice the tear stains on Gaege's cheeks. Why was he crying last night? Simple dust in his eyes wouldn't have caused that. It's probably just drool so I decided to ignore it.

Juicy's POV

I wake up to the fresh breeze of a Monday morning and the fresh smell of coffee. Untangling myself out of the duvet, I head upstairs to wash my face and brush my teeth. My cheeks are still moist. Damn, last night really wasn't the best. I dried my face and returned downstairs where Eddie was placing down two cups of coffee.

Juicy sat himself down besides Eddie, trying not to reveal his, now redder, cheeks.

"Morning dawg, sleep well? You'll need your energy for today" said Eddie

Juicy, too tired to acknowledge the question, rubbed his eyes to wake up and proceeded to get up and grab a biscuit from the pantry behind them. Unfortunately, Eddie had the same intention. The two stood up and Juicy accidentally knocked Eddie's cup over; spilling it all over his Veronica hoodie.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry Eddie" said Juicy, already reaching over for a paper towel

"Don't stress fool, I was gonna take a shower now anyway" said Eddie, giving him a reassuring look

Before Juicy could even help him clean up the mess, Eddie slowly removed his hoodie and threw it into the wash basket. Juicy, who's cheeks were already red from the embarrassment, looked up and his cheeks shone as red as a tomato. He then quickly covered his face with the paper towel to hide his blush

Eddie placed his empty mug in the sink, and ambled away in his sweat pants and messy hair.

Juicy finally managed to lift his head and watch Eddie as he returned to his room

"Fuck, he's so cute" said Juicy, quietly under his breath

After I finished my coffee and cleaned the last few bits of the spill, I gathered my clothes for today and brushed my hair. Surprisingly, Eddie came running down the stairs, already dressed and swung his keys around his fingers. Just as he was about to open the door, I stopped him

"Class doesn't start for another 40 minutes, where are you going?" I asked

"Gabby asked me to get there early so I could help her with a few library books before class star-"

Eddie was then interrupted by a phone call

"Hey! Yes yes, I'm on my way Gabby, be there in 10 minutes. Oh and Gaege, I left an extra pair of keys on my desk for you when you leave" he said, before rushing right past me

Sigh... this will be fun

After a few minutes of tripping over my jeans and trying to tame my wild hair, I finally arrived. I stepped through the front door to see a huge crowd of people. I shyly held onto my bag and made my way through the huge crowd and to the front desk

"Hi! Mr Snyder said I must fetch my timetable here"

"Yes, here you go. Enjoy your first day Mr Gibson!"

I gave a small smile before heading off, knowing well that I'll have to find the boys first in order to survive at least 1 day.

"Gaege!"

I heard someone yell my name from the distance yet I couldn't see anything but ponytails, beanies and football caps. The chattering and conversations of the people echoed around me and it felt like I was on a roller coaster. Suddenly, I felt a hand tightly grab my arm and pull me to the side. Phew, it's only Narrator

"There you are pal, thought you were never gonna make it" joked Mully

"What the fuck is this? Are the passages always so full?" I said

"Nah dawg, these passage jams usually happen in the morning while everyone is trying to get their shit together before dying of boredom in their classes" laughed Eddie

"But don't stress, we tend to stay near the lockers to prevent getting caught in this mess" added Josh

"So, did you get your locker number and class list sorted?" asked Narrator

"Yeah, I think so. I'll go over it later" I replied

The bell rang and we all headed towards Homeroom
