Chapter 14

I patted the duvet next to me and gestured them to sit down. I could see on their faces that they were completely shocked and speechless

"Um.. wha-"

Before Josh could finish his sentence I cut him off.

"Let me explain a few things first before you shoot me with all of the questions" I said, lowering my finger off of Josh's mouth

"I'm gay, OK. I only realized a few days ago and I had no idea what the fuck was going on. I constantly denied it but as my feelings for Eddie grew stronger, I knew it was real"

It was honestly funny how big their eyes grew when I admitted it, but I carried on

"All the jokes you guys made about Eddie and I began annoying me and it made it harder to hide the truth much longer."

As I finished my sentence, their eyes slowly relaxed but I could see Mully was about to shout something

"I FUCKING KNEW IT!"

I let out a small laugh but asked how

"Do you think I'm stupid? That day with you touching and smiling at Eddie in class, no cold hands or whatever excuse you made could've caused that. That was real. I could see it on your fucking face! Plus, we joke and mess around with you all the time, and throughout the many years I've known you, you've never gotten so offended by a simple joke. Therefore I knew it was real!!" shouted Mully as his voice softened "But seriously though, I'm proud of you"

I blushed a bit before turning towards Narrator and Josh's still confused faces

"Any questions? You guys look more confused than when I sit in front of a math book" I joked

"Umm.. yeah...Wha... HUH?! I am so confused. So wait, do you actually like Eddie? And I mean seriously. No jokes" mumbled Josh

"Well, yeah I guess. That night we got home, when we were all wasted and shit, Eddie and I were laying on his bed and talking and we ended up kissing. I guess that's when I found out I like him" I answered, shyly rubbing the back of my head

"Whoa! So you guys have kissed before?!" Mully said, before getting slapped by Josh

"He just said that idiot!" joked Josh "So wait, are you guys like dating now or what?"

"No no. He doesn't even know I like him. And I can't go blab it out to him because it will definitely ruin our friendship and probably his and Gabby's as well. I see the way he looks at her and I wouldn't wanna ruin that for him" I said, before lowering my head in sadness

"Hey hey" said Narrator, gently gripping my chin to look up "Don't worry about that. You guys have been friends for ages so I doubt your sexuality would affect it. Look at us for example, yes we're shocked that you like Eddie but that won't affect our friendship in any way. Trust me"

I look up and smile at Narrator's wholesomeness and understanding. I then brought them all into a huge group hug "Aww I love you guys"

"We love ya too mate" said Mully before releasing "Although I have one more question"

"Ask away"

"What in the bloody hell happened to your shoulder?!" said Mully, observing my sling

"Oh yeah. Well, I accidentally scared Eddie and he ended up punching my shoulder. It's not his fault though. He was playing FNAF and I guess it was his natural reflex" I answered

"Gaege, I get it that you like Eddie and don't want to make a big deal out of what happened, but I've had tons of injuries when I was in the military. That right there, needs hospital treatment right now" uttered Narrator

I looked down at my shoulder and noticed that it began swelling up and severely bruising. Yes, we gotta go. We got off the bed and headed downstairs. Eddie was quietly sitting by the kitchen counter but I didn't have time to talk to him. We dashed through the door and headed straight to the hospital
