Nicholas was drinking tea in the kitchen as usual in the morning,  Lea came shouting to him as a loony. He could not understand the words that came out of her mouth; she grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and gave her to drink. ‘’ Calm down Lea what’s wrong, why are you shouting like a crazy person?’’   ‘’ Dad, I saw your photos on Facebook some website posted you and the president when you went to her honors dinner the other time it’s awesome’’ she took a bottle from her dad and drank quickly while talking. ‘’What?’’ he replied. ‘’ Yes, you are on the internet finally someone caught you two this is going to be, so great’’ she replied with excitement. ‘’ Don’t be all excited now just drink your water’’ He replied. He smiled a bit, but he also knew the pressure he will be in for the next few months of his life. He took his daughter to school after they finished breakfast. Even the children at Lea’s school noticed Nicholas and wanted to take selfies with him, he was famous because of the president. She was already famous they wanted the next best thing that was Nicholas. ‘’ Well dad deal with it, it’s the price for dating the woman of steel, that’s what I call her’’ Lea replied, kissed her dad and left him with other students who wanted selfies and autographs with him.

At the Palace when Nicholas arrived Sophia grabbed him and went to the President’s office. ‘’ Well, someone finally got to you; I told you guys to be careful and now this. How do you want to proceed?’’ Sophia with a sighing voice talked. ‘’ I don’t know about Nicholas, for me, I want it to be out there now. I am tired of hiding it to the world,  I like him and love him so I think I have to share what I feel with the world’’ the president said.  ‘’ What about you Nicholas?’’ Sophia asked. ‘’ I love her too,  it does not matter what the world thinks well it does, but we are two adults in love and I think if Tanzania accepts her as a person I think I will be fine don’t you think?’’ Nicholas replied. ‘’ Your minds seem  to be made up I think I will prepare a statement for this to go public, you two should prepare for whatever is coming whether good or bad, well Tanzania will judge’’ Sophia talked smiled at both of them and left the office leaving two of them behind.

‘’ Did you mean what you said earlier?’’ the president asked. ‘’ Yes, I mean it Victoria, I do love you and I know you do love me so whatever storm is coming we will cross it together’’ He replied. ‘’ Oh no, Oh no,’’ she said. ‘’ What, Victoria what?’’ he replied.   ‘’ I never told Suzan about us and now I think she might have seen it through the internet, am dead’’ She replied. ‘’ Oops, that is bad let us call her now’’ he proposed. President Victoria picked up the phone and dialed her daughter. ‘’ So this is how I find your relationship with Nico,  mom really?’’ Suzan complained.  ‘’ Am really sorry, we have been all secretive and this was not how I planned it to go, am sorry this happened’’ she replied. ‘’ Where is Nico I want to talk to him now’’ Suzan said. ‘’ Yes Suzy how are you, sorry you had to find out like this.’’ He replied. ‘’You keep my mom safe and love her cause if you do not I will hunt you down.’’ Suzan replied. ‘’ Do not worry we will be ok honey, once again, sorry, we did not tell you’’ The president replied. They kept talking for a while, and then they summed up and hanged up and continued discussing work.

Since it was September the president had two choices, either to attend the African Union meeting or go to the Mashujaa memorial.  Sophia discussed with the President the pros and cons for each of the situations and the president decided to attend the memorial the coming week. ‘’ Please call in the vice president tell him I need him in my office in thirty minutes’’ She ordered Omar. ‘’ What are you going to do?’’ Sophia asked. ‘’ Since I have decided to attend the memorial, the vice president will represent me and my country in  meeting ‘’ she replied. ‘’ That is a good idea too madam president.’’
