*Lance's POV*
Watching Angel run out the coffee shop with a very hurt look on her face, pained me. Like someone shot me on the chest, and then stabbed it in the same place.
How can I cheat on her? Damn it! The way she found out that me and her supposed to be bestfriend were together. How did I ever let her go that easily? I'm so stupid!
I slammed my fist on the coffee table, making a few customers look at me with a confused look.
"Hey man, chill out." Seth said, patting my back, comforting me.
"I lost her, man.. I hurt her and there's no way in hell she's going to forgive me." I said, tears starting to form in my eyes.
Yes, tears. Real men cry. Get real, people.
"She will. It'll just take time, I guess." Seth replied.
I turned my gaze to Nate, who was looking down the floor, not saying a single word.
"I don't believe her lies. You know, about her arm." He said so quietly that I wasn't able to hear it well.
Yeah, what happened to her arm?
I may not have the right to go on a little investigation, but I really have to and no one can stop.
"I'm starting to get worried though. I may have been a complete jerk to her, but that's doesn't mean I don't have a heart that could care for someone." Seth spoke up, worry was laced around his voice.
"Guys, I think we should cancel our plans today. We have a little investigation to do." I said as they both noddee their heads in agreement, taking out the keys out of my pocket as us three ran out of the coffee shop to our cars.
--
"So what's the plan?" Nate asked as the three of us were sitting on the hood of our cars, just two blocks away from Angel's house.
"Since you two are so close, why don't you call her and ask her to meet up with you in that park right across their house?" Seth suggested, while both me and Nate nodded our heads.
"and then me and Lance will be sitting a few meters away from you guys, then just grab her and make her tell the truth." He continued. We looked at him in a face that was like, "Are you serious?"
"Dude, that's like kidnapping." I said in disbelief.
"I guess you're right. We'll have to think of another plan then."
As minutes passed by, it was like something was eating me up and I had a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that something bad will. I hope to God nothing bad will happen.
Finally, after decades of thinking of a plan, we finally decided.
"Alright boys, showtime." Nate said, smiling.
We quietly tiptoed to the corner of Angel's house. I was sweating like a freaking pig. I don't even know if pigs sweat.
So the plan was, sneaking into Angel's room, lock her door, put a tape on her mouth and handcuff her on a table or something. You're probably asking where we got the handcuff? Yeah well, Nate's Dad is a police.
Okay honestly, this plan is much more worse than the previous ones we've made, I didn't even want to agree with this, but I guess that's the only option we've got if we don't want her screaming bloody murder and escape.
