The weekend has started. The team also practised on Saturday's and Sunday's, Quinn mentioned that Jess will be fully back and ready to rehearsal on monday.
It's saturday and April didn't contact with Quinn since their last meeting. Talking here about non-official meeting because Quinn was attending practise with flying colours. It's been only 2 days, yet April missed the younger girl. She kinda does regret ever borrowing this umbrella, if not, she could have been driving Quinn to school and to a dance studio as well, but what's done is done and maybe it's for the better.
"Okay listen everyone!", April spoke up loudly and clearly so everyone could hear her, music slightly playing in the background. "I spoke with Miss Barb and today the studio is free just for us, meaning, you can all stay as long as the opening hours and practise the moves that aren't perfect enough, and yes Robby I'm talking about you. - she gave him a look - I will be staying here until each of you leaves so don't mind asking me for help okay, great. And now, warm up, go!", she clapped her hands and moved to the side.
"Did you hear that? She called me by my name.", Robby muttered to the rest while they started to spread to start a warm up. Quinn quickly glanced over her shoulder to look at April. Brunette's posture was firm and strict, and unusually she had her hair loose today, tiny waves of hair spreading over her shoulders. April then noticed that the blonde girl was looking at her, embarrassed with her staring, Quinn broke it and moved to warm up.
It could be easily noticed that April started to bond with her students, after all, in the beginning she decided to take part in this only because of Quinn.
Time was passing, after their ordinary rehearsal was done, nobody left, all of the dancers stayed to practice more and more. First place at Work It dance competition was their priority.
Whatsoever, it was not proper to force on rehearsalsing. Time for relax and break was needed thus when the day was getting shorter less and less of students were present in the dance studio.
April had helped Robby a bit with backflips, mostly explained the technical side of the move, when it started to getting dark he decided to leave feeling proud if himself.
Just as April thought he was the last student left, she turned out from front door to head to the office and noticed Quinn sitting on the stairs, which led to the upper-floor mini dance studio specialized mostly for small kids.
Brunette was so caught up with the help for others that she almost forgot about the person she cared the most from them.
She sat on the total bottom of stairs, looking up at the younger girl. "Aren't you tired?", April spoke up first, voice echoing in empty room.
"Just a bit.", Quinn said along with humming in response.
"Do you want to leave? I can give you a ride if yo-"
Quinn cut her off, "It's not raining.", she pointed out.
April's head flashed on the big front windows, reflecting the insides of the studio, she heard no rain.
"I'm still waiting.", Quinn sighed and closed her eyes.
"For what?", April asked getting more comfortable at the bottom of stairscase, leaning her back onto the barrier.
"For your guidance. You had helped today every single person but me.", opening her eyes she look straight into those brown eyes of a brunette girl.
"Oh I.. I'm sorry, I was so busy with the others, they looked like they finally got it with the longer practice and I might have just missed you out. I didn't really mean to ig-"
