It passed 5 days. It is now 2 days left until Monday's Work It competition.
The cosutmes were ready, the music was ready, the choreography was ready, the team was fully prepared.
As April said to Quinn previous time, she was trying to not be harsh for the dancers, even tho she was struggling with her own personal issues.
Brunette gave the whole team a break for the weekend, to rest and to not overwork the body and get a contusion or something. She herself needed a break. She wouldn't lie if she said that she sorta awaited this moment, the end of being a dance teacher, it wasn't for her. However, she did get s little attached to the students and it might take some time for her to forget all the moments with them.
Jazmine had no problems catching up with the choreography, just as April thought, she came back twice stronger than before, although after what Quinn had said to her, she doesn't know wether Jass was truly having a flu or not, this stays a mystery.
April decided to spend some time with Nick and his little sister, well, not so little anymore, but she tries to soak and repair the time she spent of coaching the team.
At first the all 3 together went out for an icecreams, then teenager made an excuse leaving Nick and April just by themselves.
"So, you're leaving soon right?", he asked, his arms crossed on his chest.
They were walking slowly in the park, birds chirping in the backgroung.
"Yes, just right after the competition.", she answered truly.
"Don't you wanna stay and I don't know continuing to be their teacher? From what I heard from Sarah, they're very good, the sync and all that stuff."
"I know.. and I really liked them it's just.. not a job for me.", she sighed.
She didn't know how to be responsible of somebody else but her own, just then she remembered how she left Nick. She made it clear for the team that she leaves just after the competition is over.
He just nodded and suggested a change of topic seeing that brunette feels a bit uncomfortable.
While talking about past they stumbled upon Miss Barb, who couldn't calm herself of how much proud she is of April.
"So how is going? How's the team? Is everything prepared?", she asked with enthusiasm in her voice just as always.
Nick just smiled, listening to the conversation.
"Ah yes, evrything should be just done by now. I gave the team free for the weekend to recharge their batteries and you know mentally prepare for what's coming. And I know I repeat myself but once again thank you that you shared the studio for them, without you, I wouldn't know what I would have done.", brunette said, smile on her face.
"There was no such problem with that and you know it, you're like a daughter to me, I couldn't say no but wait a second, you said that you gave free from rehearsalsing for all the dancers?", she asked to be sure if she heard right.
"Yeah.", April nodded.
"Then why did this blonde haired girl came to me yesterday to ask if she can use a studio in evening hours today and tomorrow as well?", she asked being more confused with the situation.
"Wait what? A blonde haired girl, with locks, very short, constantly wearing weird clothes girl?", April asked to make sure who Miss Barb meant to describe.
"Yes, that one. In fact, she had been comming to practice at late hours for almost whole past week, I'm sure that thanks to her the group gonna kill all the other competitors. Well, either way I should get going, I left my little one with my husband and the man just can't talk about anything other than cars and America's politics.", she laughed.
