April was sitting in the coffee shop, or it also could have been called dinery, either way she was waiting for the blonde to appear.

TBD had won the Work It competition, which was surprising for The Thunderbirds.

Honestly, brunette had no idea what to do, obviously her being a choreographer has came to an end. Normally she would be already on her way back to New York, getting ready for the the tour as part of a dance team for the pop singer. But Quinn Ackerman is holding her back, she needs to know what is she standing on, her whole career is depending on this one crucial meeting.

She was so lost in her thoughts she didn't even notice when the blonde haired girl slipped on the seat of the opposite.

"Hey.", she said.

April's head shot up and she stopped playing with the napkin.

"Uh hi, I saw you talking with this Duke staff lady. How did it go? Did you got it?"

"Yes, yes I did. She was really impressed the way I danced and after I told her the truth about everything, she said she was amazed by how stubborn I am to aim my point.", Quinn said excitedly.

"Oh my gosh, Quinn! Congratulations!!", April jumped on her chair a bit feeling joyous for the other girl.

"Thanks."

They sat in a silence for a while, until they decided to order something to drink. After all it was the last time they were seeing each other.

"So.. you're leaving?", Quinn asked taking a sip of her tea.

"Yes, tomorrow.", she answered honestly, "Are you going to keep dancing?", she asked with curiousity in her voice.

"Yes I still intend to do that. I really love dancing, mostly thanks to you. That is why the team will stay together."

"Really? Honestly I thought you guys would split up after the competition. Guess I owe money to Nick.", she said eating her cake.

"What! You made a bet?," Quinn asked in exclamation. "Anyway.. we need a choreographer, like a full time
job"

April stopped her movement, looking up at the younger girl. "Quinn don't ask me t-"

"Would you like to?", Quinn asked, receiving a sigh from brunette.

"I.. I don't know. It's hard decision to make and I don't have this much time to take all the pros and cons into an account. The tour I had been invited starts in like 2 days. I-"

"I know we had our ups and downs.", Quinn interrupted her, "But as you said yesterday, just follow your heart."

"How should I know what my heart tells me. How will I know it's not just an illusion. I can't make an mistake Quinn, it might ruin my whole career."

"Well think of it like this, what will make you happy?", shorter girl asked not really wanting an answer.

April knew what makes her happy. She is happy when she is watching the team good around, she is happy when she sees that they improved, she is happy when the team respects her and think of her as somebody important. Brunette also could not complain about being again around her father, as well as her old friends and surrounding. But recently what made her absolutely go nuts over the happiness she felt inside was her, Quinn Ackerman.

"Okay.", April said suddenly.

"What?"

"Yes, okay I do agree to be an official choreographer of the team."

"Wait, what? Really? That's am-"

"But we need to make it official official, like a 5 year contract or something. We don't need an mistake from previous.", brunette told her terms.

"Yes, sure okay. I will find out how to do this. But what changed your mind so quickly.", blonde haired asked feeling blissful inside, her heart pounding fast.

"You.", April said looking directly into the blue eyes of a girl.

Ackerman just smiled.

After the long talk, like really long talk, until the place got closed, they finally left.

Slowly walking in the not-so-cold evening. Well night, it was after 10pm, they were walking around the city, streets almost empty.

"So like.. how do you think our relationship will affect the team?", April asked.

"What relationship?", Quinn asked nonchalantly.

Brunette stopped her movements grabbing the other's arm. "Wait.. You don't like me?", she asked looking down at her.

There was a short gap of silence before shorter girl chuckled.

"Of course I like you.", she said laughing a bit while April just sighed of relief. "But I honestly have no clue how they will react. It is for sure that we have to treat each other professionally while we have rehearsals.", she continued.

"I don't know if I will be able to hold myself. I don't want to admit but Quinn Ackerman you make me go all weak.", April said, her face getting closer to Quinn's.

"Well just keep the professionalism due practice, outside of it I am all yours.", she said barerly a whisper.

"I will keep that in mind."

Their faces got closer to close the gap that was an obstacle for their kiss. Quinn had to stand on her tiptoes to make it easier for April to kiss her.

They parted away, looking deeply in her eyes.

"Hey! Look up,", Quinn said suddenly point up at the dark blue sky. "The stars are so beautiful tonight.", she said, her voice amazed. "Do you like stars?", she added.

"Yeah.", brunette whispered staring at the sky."But you're the only star I can look at forever.", she added looking back at Quinn, who's head snapped back at the brunette.

"Damn, didn't know you can be so cheesy.", she teased starting to walk again.

"Shut up.", April laughed.

They continued to walk, passing the streets while holding their hands.
