3 months later...
Jody's POV
I cannot believe the day has finally come. I'm so nervous. Candi-Rose finishes my make-up and I look incredible. As I don't grow, I'm wearing the dress I wore at the prom. Isla, Zara, Katy and Candi-Rose are bridesmaids. Candi-Rose has given herself the title 'chief bridesmaid' and is insisting that we all do it her way. I do have to remind her that this is my special day, not hers. Mike's walking me down the isle, as I never knew my real dad.
Tyler's POV
If I'm nervous, I can't imagine how Jody's feeling. Kamal is my best man, and he is giving me a pep talk. "Just like we practiced, yeah. You cannot mess this up," . Very motivating. Then, the music starts playing. At first, I'm convinced she's not coming. But then I see her. The biggest smile attacks my face as she arrives. We say all the stuff we have to (the boring bits) and then it's time for the 'I do's' I say my line, and she says hers. Then we kiss. Now she's my wife. Then Isla and Zara run up and give us cuddles.
Jody's POV
Tyler's my husband. I'm Mrs Jody Lewis now. No more Jackson. And I couldn't have wished for a better day.
