Tyler's POV
Today is Isla's birthday! She is 8 years old today. Jody, Zara and I are entering her room to wake her up. Zara is holding two little presents and a card from her. Jody is holding a tray containing a stack of Nutella and banana pancakes and a big mug of her legendary hot chocolate. I'm holding a big birthday balloon. We quietly enter her room, and Zara shakes her. "Zara, go away. It's too early," she grumbles and then looks up. We then start singing 'Happy Birthday '.
"Open my presents first," Zara tells her, so Isla rips off the link tissue paper and reveals a set of bath stuff. It contains a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It also contains a bath bomb. Isla thanks her and then opens the next one. It's a little elephant stuffie. She clutches it to her chest. "We're going to leave you to eat your breakfast in peace," I say, and we walk out of the door.
8 hours later...
We are at an Italian restaurant having a special meal. Isla's wearing a lilac dress and matching bow that she got from Mum and Kamal. We all ordered something different. I got Spaghetti Bolognese, Jody got Cheese Pasta Bake, Isla got Pepperoni Pizza and Zara got Margherita Pizza. It was very yummy.
"We just have to go to the toilet," I say and Jody and I stand up, " Isla, look after your sister, ". We don't actually need the toilet. Jody organised a special dessert for Isla. It's a vanilla ice cream sundae with biscuits at the bottom, lots of chocolate, completed with a sparkler. We take it out to her, and she is so shocked. After the sparkler has gone out, Isla starts eating it. "How is it?" I ask her. She's got chocolate all over her lips. " It's yummy! " She replies happily. Isla is very kind though, because she told Zara that she didn't have to order dessert, as she offered to share her sundae with her. They are both eating it happily. Our family was happy. Until I heard something. "Hey, little sis," I hear a voice behind. I turn around, and it's Kingsley. I step up to him and punch him in the face.
