Then with one swing of a seventeen-year-old ex-assassin's fist, Flash Thompson was on the ground with tears streaming down his face, and blood pouring from his nose.

The gym was silent.

Anastasia had only been there twice, but she was sure that wasn't a regular occurrence. Students had always been talking, bad pop music playing through the stereo system, it was rarely quiet.

The girl stood, Peter, Ned, and MJ behind her and Flash on the ground in front of her. Classmates looked from their stations throughout the area, but no one moved.

For the first time since the bleeding boy spoke, Coach, who had been aimlessly wandering around the gymnasium, spoke, "Rushman, Thompson, office. Now."

Ana glanced back at Peter and her friends before shrugging slightly and walking towards the gym doors. She was pretty sure she knew where the office was, Peter had included it in the tour he gave her.

Eventually, the office doors became visible from where Ana was. The girl moved through the door frame and into the office, disregarding the look the secretary gave her. It was a very different look from the one she received on their first meeting.

Waiting was the worst part, deciding to deal with the actual student first, Mister Mortia called Flash to enter the room promptly, leaving her to sit in the chair and watch the door with anxiety.

On television, which really were Ana's only source of intel regarding the school system, this is where the parent gets called in from a super important meeting and then there's a tension filled car ride home and a blow out fight at home.

Except the school didn't have her dad's phone number, they had Natasha. And while the woman was an assassin that used violence as a threat for most and usually reasonable things, Ana wasn't sure she'd condone her to use it while undercover.

After all, Anastasia Barnes used violence regularly, it was what she was raised in and something that the teen doubted she could ever disregard. Ana Rushman, however, was from a regular household where they didn't train kids to be assassins.

Natasha could convince Bucky to do a lot of things, so as long as she told Nat what happened, it should be okay, right?

Turns out, Ana's life really was beginning to pan out like a television show. The cute boyfriend, the charismatic sister/best friend, getting into fist fights at school. Don't forget to add the calling a guardian during an important meeting to the list.

Nick Fury was an important man, surly. Anastasia had never met him, but from what she's heard he's kind of a big deal. That means that any personal meetings that he holds are also kind of a big deal.

Granted, if you're some semblance of friends of the man like Natasha, it'd probably be alright.

"Miss Rushman," Mister Mortia greeted, "it's so nice to see you again, please sit down."
