I write this on the last day of this heck of a year. The year that left its sour taste forever. The year that was non-conventional. The year that brought out the plethora of emotions inside each one of us. The year that went by in a jiffy. Nobody would in their wildest of dreams thought that in between these 366 days life would happen. It has not been the same for each one of us nor has it been very different. It's just that our persepectives about what all that happened have differed. All of us at some point in this year wanted all of it to end but we must not forget that all of this is not going to go away anytime soon, it is there to stay.
I would rather not reflect back on what went wrong and what went right in this year but I would be happy to bring this to your notice that all of us have survived, not each one of us reached the end destination the same way. Some were broken and some were mended again in this year. We all might have been a little tenous the past year but we can surely hope to come out stronger. We all could clearly see that it was not a year for fake relationships or even for that matter unrealistic goals. Everyone discovered, rediscovered and found their real true selves this past year; and that is what made them going.
With this note here's to starting and ending the new year's new day with the same old sunrise and sunset but this time with a new lens. All of us are going to suck in this year right after stepping into it but this time let's try changing our positions for a better view, because sometimes 'Wrong routes lead to beautiful destinations'.
May all of us try to achieve what we are planning to and for those who haven't planned, may you try to achieve what you haven't.😊
May we smile a little more, cry a little more and even talk it out a little more this year.
