As soon as the duo came out of the light taphus with the childlike nemesis in tow, they were surrounded by the same soldiers they met before going to the taphus. General agon walked towards them and said "alright, times up. Move out of our way or- huh? What's with this kid?" "Oh, this? This is a small girl that we found within the taphus, she must've came from neapolis and gotten lost" replied heracles while maxion hid the girls wings within his toga. General agon walked close to maxion and examines the small girl "hmmm... I do detect that this girl has some divine power and immortality. However, her powers are weak so she might be like you wimps and she might be a child of the gods" he said in his usual cold yet calm tone. Maxion looked nervous at the thought of agon realizing that the so called "child" is actually a goddess, but apparently, general agon thought she is a child of the gods with weak powers. Heracles and maxion moved out of the way from the entrance "alright men! Let's go and activate the light taphus!" Commanded general agon, and the soldiers cheered as they charged straight into the entrance.
The duo watched as general agon walked into the entrance while heracles snickered "wait until they see that the taphus core is gone while we have the empty shell of a goddess" he whispered into maxions ear. "Where we go?" Asked maxion, heracles thought for a moment and said "it's either we travel back to Greece, but it'll take a couple of boating trips or we could proceed to travel into trantia. If you choose either choice, we have to go and visit prometheus because since nemesis is but an empty shell deprived of her spirit and powers, he might help her regain both her spirit and powers. Although that would be going against fathers wishes, and of course nemesis might want revenge on him for casting her spirit from her body". Maxion thought for his choice and replied "greece" heracles smiled "good call, I haven't been to Athens nor Sparta since my first and second adventures" he said. The duo walked to the right side of the taphus and went into the forest, the opposite path that leads to prometheus.
2 hours later
The duo traveled through the forest even when it's evening, suddenly, their stomachs growled "let's stop and eat, luckily, I packed provisions since this morning" said heracles. They sat down and heracles rummaged through his pouch, he pulled out dried sardines, hard bread, and crab meat that was wrapped in wet leaves. They begin to eat but maxion sees nemesis groaning as she put her hand on her stomach, so he tear off his hard bread and feeds her with it. "You're feeding her like a parent" said heracles as he grinned, maxion blushes as he looks at nemesis "nah, I'm just messing with you. It's already night time so we better sleep" he said. The duo slept on the ground, maxion sleeps with nemesis like a father would do.
Morning comes as the sun rises
Heracles yawned and stretched as he sat up, maxion did the same thing but the sun was in his eyes so he shielded with his hand. "Morning maxion, slept well?" Said heracles as he got up "Morning, heracles" replied maxion as he picks up the still unconscious nemesis. The duo continued walking through the forest until they arrived in a clearance that has two taphus stones blocking the entrance "these two glowing stones that are blocking the entrance is what the taphus stones looked when active, the entrance leads to the divine bypass from which it's a tunnel" explained heracles. Maxion looks at nemesis as she opens her eyes at him "awake?" He said but no reply, he gently set her down and she stood looking at heracles "oh? She's awake, good" said heracles. Despite being an empty shell of her former self, nemesis started to sing a wordless song while the two taphus stones responded to her song and moved apart thus revealing the entrance. "Prometheus awaits, let's go" said heracles but he let nemesis go first, maxion second, and himself last. The trio walked through the stone laden tunnel but when they walked to the right hall, they encounter a wall that blocks the path that leads to prometheus. However, there's four switches "there's four switches... and I'm guessing that there's four walls... one switch will cause the wall to sink while the other rises from the floor?" Said heracles.
