grayson and i sat on my couch, watching movies together, enjoying each other's silent company.
i felt a sudden chill scurry down my spine, making goosebumps arise on my arms. grayson apparently took notice of this.
"you cold princess?" i nodded, scooting even closer to his warm body if possible. i heard him chuckle softly as he tucked the fuzzy blanket around my shivering body. his left arm was behind my back, his hand resting on my hip.
i leaned my head on his shoulder as i felt his grip on me tighten in the slightest.
i sighed contentedly, closing my eyes for a few moments.
"you okay bub?" i nodded slowly, smiling to myself.
funny thing is, grayson is considered the 'bad boy' at our school, the classic f-boy. but what nearly everyone doesn't know is just how soft he is around me. from the way he treats me like a queen to the sweet nicknames he has for me, everything about him was soft.
it was actually really funny to think about. he isn't mean to anyone at school, he's just quite...intimidating. even i can agree with that. but, seeing him at school versus seeing him when we're alone, it's like two different people. not that i mind at all, though.
"feeling any warmer yet?" i was dragged out of my thoughts by his, wait for it, soft voice. i looked up at him slightly, his eyes immediately meeting mine.
"yeah." i mumbled. he smiled a small smile, leaning down to me slowly.
"good." he whispered just before his lips met mine.
