This was a suggestion of @lanaya76. I really enjoyed writing it and hope it meets your expectations. I apologise for any grammar mistakes, I don't have as much time to go over my stories due to homework overload.

Veronica's POV:

It has been five years since I left Riverdale, 5 long hard years. I had to grow up and become even more independent than I was. I continued working on my business, but I now pretty much only work from home as I do not have time to go into the office. This is alright as I have multiple people working for me that keep Cheryl and I's Business, Maple rum, running. Cheryl left the company to me so that she could go off and pursue her dreams.  I had to leave Riverdale because everything had become a bit too much for me. Everything became to stressful, and I had to be careful. It hurt me but I managed to keep it together. I still spoke to B, who is now engaged to Jughead.

Now here I am, unpacking all the bags in the pembrooke. B is the only one who knows that I have returned to Riverdale. She said she would give me a couple days and to let her know when I wanted her to tell Archie and Jughead. She was the best. I have nothing against Jughead, he is a great guy, he can just occasionally out secrets by accident.

Once I had finished unpacking the house and toys, I made sure I had Smithers stay in the house and look after my Kids. I then headed out to the supermarket to buy the necessities.

Oh right, about 2 weeks after leaving Riverdale, I found out that I was pregnant. 8 months later, I had to beautiful babies. One boy and One girl. Now they both had Raven hair and a mix between my eyes and Archies. A dark caramel colour. They had olive tan skin and looked gorgeous. They both had Andrews genes. The need to take care of other people and always be selfless. They looked after all their friends and each other. They were protective of each other and me. They could both be a little sassy at times, which was funny. They had Archie's Personality and I loved them as they were. They were always doing good and never wanted to hurt anyone.

I walked into the supermarket and bought my items, before heading home to my two angels.

Archie's POV:

I was walking around the supermarket, getting all my groceries when I saw a familiar head of raven hair pass me. I looked up and sure enough, there stood Veronica. She had yet to notice me, which I took as a way to walk around to the other corner of the aisle, to avoid her. I sent a quick message to Betty.

A- "Veronica's back and you didn't think to tell me?" It sounded a bit rude, but I deserved to know after being heartbroken for years.

B- "I'm sorry she asked me to wait a couple days before telling anyone." She replied. Betty always did everything for everyone but herself.

A- "It's alright. I'll go talk to her sooner or later." I texted back before heading to the cashier to pay.

Once I payed, I headed home and packed all my stuff away. I lounged about my house, that my dad had left to me. I didn't do much but think about Veronica and why she was back, what this meant, and how she felt about me. I knew one thing for sure, I was still in love with Veronica Lodge. Eventually, I fell asleep to the silence that surrounded me.

In the morning, I decided that I was going round to meet Veronica; I had to talk to her. I assumed she lived in the pembrooke, as her parents had also proceeded to move away. I got up and Pulled on a pair of jeans with a plain light blue t-shirt. I had an egg for breakfast, before finishing getting ready. Finally, I was in my newly bought Mustang, driving to the PemBrooke.

Once I arrived at Veronica's I stood at the door, waiting for the confidence to press the doorbell. I finally gained confidence and pressed the button. A new doorman let me in and showed me to her apartment door. I knocked on the door and waited for an answer.
