XXII (Part I)

"Are you gonna help or not?" the voice asks.

"Yeah, I'm working on it. This plan can't be rushed!" you shoot back.

"Fine. You're not having second thoughts, are you?"

"I know what I need to do," you answer.

Just then, a knock at the door. You quickly collect yourself to open your quarter doors. It's Kylo.

"Commander," you nod.

"Angel? Who were you talking to?" He looks around the room.

You laugh softly. "No one?" you question. Inside you were freaking out inside hoping he didn't know. You were hoping he couldn't sense the fact that you were hiding something.

He shrugs. "Fine. Let's go. We have things to do today."

He puts his arm out for you to leave the room out and closes the door behind you.

"What's on the agenda today?" you ask.

He doesn't look at you, just straightforward. An indication you'll probably have a rough day of training or something. "Have you met the Knights yet?"

"Briefly, in passing, why?" you ask. You suddenly get nervous.

The Knights of Ren were known all over the galaxy for their brute force and violent tactics. You've heard many stories of their villainous activities on your jobs across the planets.

"You will be training with Vicrul today. He wants to see how you perform."

"Why should I care what your stupid goons think of me?" you snapped back.

He stayed silent until you reached the training room. He stopped right outside the door and looked at you. He reached out a gloved hand and grasped it around your neck, shoving you against the wall. "This is my ship. You do what I say." Then he let go and opened the door like nothing happened.

You notice a man turned around, practicing battle moves. He had a helmet on so you couldn't tell what he looked like. He must have heard Kylo open the door, but he didn't show it.

"Vicrul," Kylo shouted to the man. "She's here."

He stopped what he was doing and turned. You still couldn't see him with the helmet, but he reaches up to take it off. You catch a glimpse of his face and gasp. He's...hot.
