"This is great!" Piper exclaims, staring at the papers I printed out. "So authentic..."

"How do we bind it?" I ask.

Piper is still gushing. "And this is so messy, like a dyslexic person's handwriting..."

"Pipes!" I snap my fingers in front of her face. "How do we bind it?"

"Dunno." Piper looks at me for the first time in five minutes. "Cardboard?"

She runs off to the arts and crafts room and comes back a few minutes later with a fully finished book cover. She's also holding a bottle of glue in her other hand, probably to glue the pages on.

"How?" I ask.

Piper gives me the short version. "I got some cardboard and some grey colored paper and did the front and back cover, and the spine. Then I glued them together."

"Wow." I nod. I don't think even I could have done that.

"Thanks." She nods and grabs the pages out of my hands. She lines them up, and then grabs twice as many blank pages. Then she puts glue all over the left side of all the papers, and glues them to the side of the cover.

"Done." I exclaim proudly.

"Wait." Piper grabs a pen and writes 'Annabeth's Diary' on the front cover, and below that, 'Private!'

"Perfect." I smile.

"So we put this in the Poseidon cabin, in the middle of the floor?" Piper asks.

"Sounds good." I nod. "Like Annabeth dropped it?"

"Yes!" Piper shouts.

We go down to the Poseidon cabin, and I run from one side to the door, dropping the diary in the middle of the floor.

"Let's spy on them now." Piper says.

"No." I say firmly. All her good ideas are making me look bad. "We might get caught. Let's act totally surprised about their breakup."

"That makes sense." Piper smiles. "I've gotta take my cabin to the training arena. See you." She says as she jogs off.

I can't wait until tonight. But, meanwhile, I have Wilderness Training with that useless satyr. Ugh.
