Redemption (Entry point)

Characters In Story -

Zodiac - Boy, friendly, is best friends with Rose, isn't afraid of danger, is Clare's younger brother. Wears a grey vest, white shirt, grey pants, and white sneakers with grey stripes.

Clare - Zodiac's older sister, is born for danger, overprotective of herself and her brother. Wears a dark blue cloak, a blue dress, black belt, black jeans, combat boots, and white gloves. Uses every weapon she can get her hands on if necessary.

Glacier - Best friends with Zodiac, girl, is you're average 15 years old. Wears a pale blue lab coat, jeans, and combat boots. She uses a knife in battle.

Too many characters I might add so yea.

Zodiac walked up to the cliff. His sister, Clare, was leaning on her sword which was shoved into the edge of the rocky cliff. Zodiac approached her.

"Go away!" Clare yelled, not knowing it was Zodiac.

Clare pulled her sword out of the ground with ease and slashed behind her. A large strike of dark cold energy soared toward Zodiac. Clare looked at him with an intense gaze. She dropped her sword abruptly and Zodiac rolled to the side. The strike hit a pine tree in the lush forest behind them. The pine tree split in half. Clare was frozen in shock.

"Sorry," she said quietly.

She picked up her sword and slid it into her belt where her dark blue scabbard was. Zodiac walked over to the pine tree and sighed.

"You need to stop being so sensitive. Just because someone's approaching you doesn't mean you need to kill them." Zodiac continued in a serious tone, "You need to redeem yourself. Jackdaw will let you join Phoenix."

"I'm not dumb like you and join that stupid team. I don't care about being viewed as the 'good guy'. I don't care if they live or die. So many people tell me to join Phoenix or to join Halcyon. Just because I'm smart and powerful doesn't mean I have to join a team. You should've already realized what a big mistake you have made by joining Phoenix." Clare said firmly.

Zodiac was silent. He blinked to stop his tears from falling.

"If you say so..." He muttered and looked away.

He only felt one emotion, anger.

He stormed into the forest. Clare froze. Both of them knew how dangerous the forest was. They never went into the forest unless they had to.

"Wait!" Clare yelled. She ran toward the forest, but couldn't locate his tracks. Flowers and grass covered up any trace of him.

Zodiac ran as fast as he could without looking back. Nothing could stop him. He didn't care about the tears trickling down his cheek. He just wanted to get as far away from his sister as he could. He reached the end of the forest and stared at the cliff in front of him. Anger overwhelmed him and he did something very stupid. He jumped off the cliff. Surprisingly he didn't get hurt. He felt fine and continued running until he reached the beach. Hours passed and the anger had faded. He sat down on the beach until his pulse slowed down back to normal. He pulled out an earphone from his pocket and plugged it in his ears.

"Glacier?" Zodiac asked.

"Where have you been! It's been hours and you still haven't reported!" A familiar voice said.

"Calm down beautiful."

There was a pause and Glacier finally said, "Are you flirting with me?"

"Of course not. I just follow what the people in the books do. I guess I didn't say it in an appropriate time. How do they time it so well?" Zodiac half wondering to himself.
