Chapter 2: just a little bit of your heart

20th February 2019

"babe, can we talk??" harry questioned when i walked in the bedroom with a towel wrapped around my body as i just got out of the shower. it was 2pm and the brits began at 8pm. so i have to start getting ready now.
i looked at him as he was laid on the bed "yeah sure, what about??" i smiled at him
"it's about your album..." he said making me frown "what about my album.. wait, my last album or the upcoming one??" i looked at him weirdly.

"the next one," he smiled softly making me nod "umm— okay."
he grabbed his phone and tapped around them music started to play.

"ooh, yeahhh- yeahh. i know i'm not your only, but at least i'm one." my voice came through his phone speakers
"i heard a little love is better than none" harrys voice then came through the speakers
"ooooohhhhhhh bbbbbbaaaaaaaabbbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeeee" i did the high note as harry continued to sing the 'just a little bit of your heart' part while i did the backing vocals.

the song ended and i had tears in my eyes. oh gosh. they story behind this song is a little emotional.... i smiled thinking back at the memory.

*flashback to 2013*

i walked on the tour bus with zayn that was parked behind the hotel, i sighed dropping my shopping bags on my bunk as i moved past louis who was searching for something on the junk bunk.
"hey babe" i heard from the front of the bus where the tv is and the play station that entertains the boys on tour.
"hi" i smiled walking up to liam as he was sat on the sofa with niall playing fifa. "you okay? have fun shopping?" liam asked not looking up at me making me roll my eyes "yeah it was good, it's always good hanging out with zayn" i took a dig at liam, liam never really wants to go shopping with me, it's only ever harry or zayn who will actually go shopping with me. "i bet," liam nodded making me roll my eyes.
i scuffled nialls blonde hair up making him groan "can you not?? i'm supposed to be seeing Barbara soon" he said making me giggle. "have fun then" i rolled my eyes walking away from niall and liam, and i walk right to the back of the bus and walk in a room where all of our suitcases are stored, and there's a double bed in there, it's where the shower is also "oh i'm sorry" i say noticing harry is sat on the bed with a note pad and pen in hand. he smiled and shook his head "don't worry... have a nice time shopping?" he asked putting the notepad down so i had his full attention. this is what i need in someone, someone who actually pays attention to me.
i smiled at him and nodded "yeah, i actually got you something" i grinned at him making his eyes brighten "you did?? what is it?" he gasped making me giggle "wait here" i told him. i walked out of the back room and walked to my bunk where my shopping bags are "oi, fuck off" i scold louis slapping the back of his head noticing he was looking in my bags "are those beanies for me??" he asked pulling two out.
"nope." i say and snatch them from him turning away and walking back to harry.
"here." i say to harry and sit on the bed next to him, handing him a black beanie and a red beanie.
"omg that's, i seemed to have lost my others" he smiled side hugging me making me giggle "i know, it's why i bought you these" i nodded down to the beanies in his large hand. he placed them on the bedside table then turned back to me, he looked in my eyes nervously "can i show you something??" he wondered making me smile "yeah of course" i say to him as he reaches over me grabbing his note pad. i immediately smelt his strong scent, weirdly, i inhaled it and breathed out. harry smiled at me and have me the note pad.
