(3rd Person POV)
"Really!? They said I could attend the academy in the Leaf Village!?" She screamed with joy. This was (Y/n)(L/n). A 13 year old girl with a bright future ahead of her. She wants to become strong enough to help anyone out. She explained this to her parents who seemed cautious of the whole idea of sending their daughter away to the Leaf Village. Though Hikarigakure and Konohagakure are good allies with one another, doesn't mean there are some sneaky individuals that would like to cause trouble to people passing by. "Yes sweetie the Messenger Bird just came in and they said they are willing to add another ninja to the academy." Her mother explained with a calm smile on her face. (Y/n) was ecstatic at the news and ran around her room grabbing everything she needed from the clothing to her kunai. Her father chuckled at the sight as he walked into his room to grab something for the hyper girl. After a few minutes, she had put all that she needed into a backpack and walked into the living room boasting a huge grin. Her mother came over and fixed up her (H/l) (H/c) with her hands before taking off her necklace and place it around (Y/n)'s neck. "Can't have you walking around with your hair looking crazy can we (Y/n)? This is a special charm my mother gave to me when I was your age so take good care of it okay?" She asked tilting her head and closing her eyes while smiling. (Y/n) Nodded her head softly before looking over to her father, who was walking out with a giant scroll and some ninja tool pouches.
(The necklace in question if you want the actual site for it is on artfire.com)
She stared in awe at the large scroll, as she had never seen it in the house at all. "(Y/n) when you are older, you will be able to learn all of the Ninja techniques from the village all in this scroll. For now, just start small don't stress yourself. We will keep in contact with a messenger bird don't worry. Please be safe and have fun over there. They have a room that you will be staying in so you will have shelter." He explained as he strapped a kunai pouch onto her thigh and a shuriken pouch onto her waist. He placed the giant scroll horizontally on the top of her backpack and tied it to the backpack itself. He stood back with a proud smile on his face as he nods in approval. (Y/n)'s Mother came back with a pouch containing Ryō and placed it in her hands. "This should be able to help you out for a while before we send your next allowance. Stay safe sweetie and feel free to visit when you become the strongest ninja." Her mother gave her an encouraging smile before there was a knock at the door. (Y/n)'s dad made his way over to the door to see who it was. Sure enough it was the Leaf Shinobi that would be escorting (Y/n) to the Leaf Village. "I assume you two are the parents of (Y/n)(L/n)?" The Shinobi questioned earning a nod from (Y/n)'s dad. "She just got ready to head out, right (Y/n)?" He asked as he looked over to his daughter, who was holding onto the straps of her back pack with a bright smile on her face. "I sure am!" She quickly quipped as she made her way over to the front door. The Leaf Shinobi lead the way towards the bridge leading out of the village. Her parent's accompanied her to the gate before waving her off. Her mother was crying tears of joy to see her child growing up to become a fine Shinobi of the Hikarigakure. (Y/n) was walking with a lot of pep in her step while humming a song her mother would sing to her. "So kid tell me what made you want to train over in Konohagakure?" One of the Shinobi asked. "I want to become the strongest ninja ever! Then I could help anyone in need and help out my village!" She explained with excitement evident in her tone. This earned a chuckle from one of the Shinobi who looked back at the young girl and noticed the giant scroll on her back and his eyes widened. "Hey where did you get that scroll from?" He asked genuinely confused. "Oh this? My Dad gave it to me before I leave so I can learn stuff in it!" She said cheerfully while skipping a bit. The Shinobi went silent before shrugging a bit. "Should we inform Lord Hokage of this?" one of the Shinobi asked to the other, which earned a nod from the other. (Y/n) was blissfully unaware of what they were talking about as she was already day dreaming on what the future can hold for her and the new people that she will meet.
(And that is all for the prologue! I will try to keep this updated on a daily basis I promise. Also I will be re-watching all the stuff from the Naruto series and try and and some alterations due to the fact that you will be added and wont be on the same missions that Squad 7 were usually on. But I am okay with any ideas on missions and what not so I'll see you next time!)
