The holidays were always the best time of the year. First was the lovely holiday Thanksgiving and then Jennifer's all-time favorite, Christmas. Jennifer celebrated Thanksgiving with her parents in their Hamptons house. Alex went down to Miami to spend Thanksgiving with his daughters and his family. Once he returned back to New York he took Jen out on their mini Thanksgiving dinner.

Jennifer had never had such an easy custody battle going on. It was merely 1 month and a half custody battle that Alex had with his ex-wife Cynthia. The judge ruled that both Alex and Cynthia had joint custody. Cynthia lived in Miami and while the girls were in school they would be in Miami and either the girls would come to New York on the weekend if its Alex's baseball season and then on offseason he would travel to Miami every other week.

Jennifer was no longer Alex's lawyer. She was excited. They had gone out on dates every Friday or Saturday night since their first date, and Alex on occasion would pass Jennifer's penthouse and they would cook dinner together and watch a movie. Their relationship was not official. Jennifer wanted to wait until she was no longer his lawyer and tonight was the night.

Jennifer and Alex were going to celebrate by going to a restaurant for dinner. Then Jennifer would go to Alex's house to spend the night. Jennifer ever since she was a little girl knew that she would never give up her virginity to anyone. Even if it took ages or marriage she would wait until she found the perfect person. Alex has shown Jennifer that her search has come to an end. Even though she was not ready to express her feeling aloud. Jennifer loved Alex. In the short month and half that they have known each other. She knew that Alex would be the one she would want to lose her virginity to Jennifer arrived from work early. She got ready for her dinner date with Alex. The doorbell rang and she stepped out of her bathroom and opened the door to Alex who was holding a bouquet of red roses.

"Hey baby," she said as he entered her house kissing her lips. She took the flowers and thanked him.

"Hello." He reciprocated.

"You ready to go?" she nodded her head she grabbed her night bag and grabbed Alex's hand.

They made to Alex's car, he opened the door for Jennifer and they drove over to the restaurant.

They arrived at this nice restaurant and the hostess sat them down. Their waiter came to the table and offered them any drinks. Jennifer took a glass of white wine and Alex took a scotch.

The had a nice conversation about their days at work. Jennifer asked how the girls were. He said they were fine they had just a dance recital and Alex showed her pictures. She smiled at all of them calling them beautiful.

Their food came in and they ate their delicious food and talked some more.

Just as they were finished eating dinner they ordered some desert that they shared. A chocolate fudge cake. Alex trying to be romantic, grabbed Jennifer's spoon she looked at him a little puzzled and he scooped up some cake and fed it to her. She laughed as she ate it. She leaned over across the table and kissed him.

After their desert, Alex paid the bill and then walked out to where the valet pulled out his car. Alex opened the door of his car and let Jennifer walk in. He then got around to the other side of his car and drove off to his apartment.

He too lived in a penthouse like Jennifer. When they made it to his building the doorman greeted them and Alex tipped him $100 dollar bill.

"Thank You, Mr. Rodriguez you're too kind." The doorman said.
