The elevator doors opened and Jennifer scurried to her office not making any eye contact with anyone, but Leah knew something had happened she walked right into her office and shut the door.
"Jennifer what happened?" Leah asked all confused when she saw Jennifer looked like she had seen a ghost.
"Remember the guy from the park that I told you about?" Jennifer began.
"Ooo yeah the one that you said you got 'butterflies' for." Leah mocked.
"Yeah whatever. Well my client from earlier. The tall guy with the blonde woman and two little girls."
"Yeah what about him?"
"That is the guy from the park." Jennifer exclaimed.
"No!...Shut up he's married." Leah gasped.
"Well no he isn't married. Well technically yes he still is, but he is getting a divorce."
"Well that's not the big thing that happened. I went to the café across the street like I always do on Mondays and when I was there ordering food and waiting for it, someone tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around and it was him." Jennifer continued.
"And..." Leah responded.
"Well we sat down and we had lunch or whatever I had lunch and he just sat there and we talked and stuff. He then said something about my smile or something and I guess I blushed like unintentionally and I tried covering my face and well he put his hand on my cheek kinda telling me that I was beautiful or something cheesy like that...well I felt embarrassed and got up super quickly and almost made it to crosswalk to cross the street when he pulled my arm to where I was so close to his face and he kissed me."
"JENNIFER!" Leah gasped.
"I know. I know. He is my client and its unprofessional, but it just felt so right even though it is so wrong." Jennifer said sadly.
"Girl forget about unprofessional. He won't be your client for long and he is HOT and you said it yourself there was a spark. Plus Jennifer you've been waiting for the longest time to find someone special to have sex with and this guy is HOT AF and YOU NEED TO GET LAID." Leah said. Jennifer smacked her hand and laughed. The two continued on talking for a bit before Jennifer's next client came in.

It was the next day and Jennifer had already come home from work. She walked into her New York City penthouse that she managed to get right when she became partner at her firm. She greeted her dog Lady at the door and took off her heels went into the kitchen and poured herself a little bit of red wine. She was not much of a drinker, but on stressful days she did like to treat herself. Jennifer got into comfortable clothing and took off her makeup and made herself some dinner. She sat on the couch and ate her dinner while watching T.V. when her phone buzzed. She got a text from a random number.
"Hey" the text stated.
"Hi. Who is this?" she responded.
"Oh sorry my bad. It's Alex." He wrote back. Alex she thought how did he get her number she didn't remember giving him her number.
"Oh. Hi! How did you get my number?" she asked.
"I called your office cause I wanted to talk to you, but your assistant just gave me your phone number." He responded.
I'm going to kill Leah she thought as she got an incoming call from him.
"Hello" she said picking up the call.
"Hi." He said back.
"So what's up?" she asked.
"Nothing much I dropped off my girls with their mom a while ago."
