Pranks and hugs

—(Y/n) POV—

I wake up at some ungodly hour from a small nightmare and I'm still cuddling Catra

I slowly get up and I walk to my room

I get a black washable maker from my bag

I walk back into our room and Catra wakes up

"Shhhh" I say

Catra looks at me confused and then I point to Adoras forehead and she nods

I slowly write the word "idiot" on her massive forehead and I put the marker away and me and Catra giggle and we fall back asleep

—time skip a few hours later—

We all wake up and we try not to laugh at the writing on Adoras forehead

I go to my room and die of laughter and I get some clothes on

I go back and Adora still hasn't noticed

We all go to get something to eat and we see Bow and Glimmer

"Hey guys....." Bow says

I make a hand gesture for him to keep quiet

"Ok well uh see you guys later" Bow says

"Hey guys, so Adora, what are you gonna do today?" Glimmer asks

Adora wraps her arm around my neck and pushes her fist into my head and I laugh

"Messing with these two" Adora says and lets go

"Uh huh cool" Glimmer says

Glimmer walks off

We walk down the halls of Bright Moon and everyone looks at Adora and laughs

"Why is everyone looking at me?" Adora asks

"I don't know" I say

"Seriously everyone is looking at me so weirdly" Adora says

"You're a hero, everyone looks at a hero" Catra says

Adora walks back to her room and we follow her

"Whatca doing?" I ask

Adora grabs some mirror thing and looks in it

'Ah fuck'

"Catra...(Y/n)...." Adora says angrily

Catra and I both run. Even though I'm able to run faster since Catra dragged me around and I had to keep up with her pace, I still can't run that fast

Catra runs ahead and looks at me and Melog gets me on their back and they carry me away

We run back to Adoras room and hide somewhere and Melog cloaks us

We giggle and I try to hide better but I accidentally knock something over and Adora hears it

Melog decides to betray me and uncloaks me

Adora sees me and I awkwardly smile and she grabs me

"Hey Adora" I say happily

Adora puts her arm around my neck and pushes her fist against my head

"Agh Adora why" I say while laughing

"You're not getting away that easily" Adora says

Catra comes out and laughs at my pain

"You have to admit Adora it was funny"
Catra says

Adora stops but still keeps me in a headlock so I don't squirm away

Adora picks me up and lays me on the bed and lays on top of me

"Agh Adora hehe" I say

Adora lays on top of me for a while

Catra lays down beside her and smiles at me

"How long are you going to stay on top of me for?" I ask

"As long as I want" Adora says

Adora lifts up her head and I lean in and I kiss her and she kisses back

Adora starts glowing and I know I'll be crushed to death or have broken bones if I don't get out from under her

Luckily Adora gets off of me just in time before transforming into She-Ra

"Adora! I told you the "who can break (Y/n) first" competition wasn't real" Catra says angrily

(Catra being protective and not wanting the reader to be hurt 🥺)

"Agh sorry (Y/n)" Adora says

I get out from under her and she grabs my arm and puts me in a headlock and pushes her fist against my head lightly

"Just because I'm She-Ra doesn't mean you won't get away with this" Adora says

She stops and then hugs me tightly and I laugh and Catra joins in and hugs me

My face is pressed up against her arm and I can't move

This hug is so warm but so bone crushing and I can't move

I get my arms free and I put them on She-Ras arms to try and push away

"Not getting away that easily (Y/n)" Adora says

Adora transforms back into herself and hugs me tightly

Catra joins the hug and I'm stuck in between them and I can't escape

After 10 minutes of this bone crushing hug they let go

"I can breathe!" I say dramatically

Adora goes to wash her forehead and Catra and I laugh

"That was-OW—good" I say

"Did Adora hurt you?" Catra asks

"Apparently being hugged tightly for a long time hurts...who knew" I say sarcastically

Adora comes back tries to hug me but I dodge her

"Hey! Get back here!" Adora says

"Trying to break all my bones?" I jokingly ask

Adora eventually grabs me and hugs me

"No more pranking me" Adora says

"Oh no I will" I say

"Oh you think you can out prank me?" Adora asks

"Yes, yes I can" I say

Adora lets go and leaves the room and I decide to keep pranking Adora

Catra helps me

"What is something that we can put in jello?" I ask

Catra grabs some of Adoras hair bands and we run to the kitchen

I boil some water and I grab the jello packets from my pocket

I get the lemon flavour because it's easier to see

I make the jello and put Adoras hair bands into the jello and I put it in the fridge

We both laugh and we leave the kitchen

After a few hours we go back into Adoras room and we cuddle with Adora

I wake up hours later and I go to get the jello

I grab the jello and put it on Adoras dresser and I fall back asleep

—hours later—

I wake up to Adora shaking me awake

"Why?" Adora asks and grabs the jello

"Because why not" I say

"You'll he hugged very tightly and I don't plan on letting go" Adora says

"Good, try not to break me" I say

Adora laughs and I fall back asleep
