Y/n pov

The day ended way to slow.

Tamaki and I didn't say much of anything the rest of the time we spent together, even on the walk home.

I suppose he didn't suspect anything, as he was usually quiet anyway.

The minute I returned home, I collapsed onto my bed. Not even bothering to say hello to Kyoka.

No.. I..I love you, Y/n L/n

Every word he uttered to me was on replay in my mind.

Fuck.. why is my heart still pounding so hard..

I buried my face into my pillow, squeezing it on either side with my hands.

I've known him for a bit over a month.. almost two..but I'm already so clingy with him.
In my defence, who wouldn't want to be around someone as adorable as him?

But.. Tamaki told me he was worried about Koiyas quirk.. did he expect something like this to happen?

Whatever.. I need to clear my head

Yanking myself off my bed, I sighed to myself before grabbing my phone.

Looking down at the notifications, I could see that our group chat was flooded with texts from Nejire and Mirio. They were asking if anything weird happened today, but I didn't bother to answer.

Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I would do what I always do when im sad.

Eat.

And listen to music.

I've been doing that since my mom died, and it always seemed to make me feel better. Especially because of that song..

"Whats wrong, my little hero?"

"Mommy! I was trying to use my quirk, and I fell through again!" I whined, referring to how I always made the ground beneath me liquid.

"Oh no!"

"This is so hard, mommy! I don't wanna train anymore." I huffed, crossing my arms.

"Don't say that. Don't you wanna be a hero like mommy? I'm sure you will get it right soon."

I pouted, looking down at the floor. I really had almost given up.

"I know what will make you feel better."

She grabbed my hand, leading me inside the house. I sat on the couch, waiting for her to show me what she was doing.

When I heard the soft whistle and slow beat, I knew what she was doing.

I giggled as she twirled in a circle, grabbing both of my hands and spinning me in the air with her.

Wasn't really thinking, wasn't looking, wasn't searching for an answer~

We giggled in unison, and she softly hummed along to her favourite song.
