Part 7- Maze with Amajiki

Y/n pov

"Ugh." I huffed as I hit the floor.

Rough much?

"L/n?!"

I know that voice..

"Amajiki!!" I exclaimed in surprise- smiling as our eyes met.
"Oh wow, we ended up together! What luck." I continued, standing up and reaching my hand to pull Amajiki up from the dirt ground.

He stared up at me a second before taking my hand and standing up.
"Y-yeah. I thought I'd be alone.." he muttered.

Wow! A challenge with someone I know! And Amajiki out of all people!

"Well, we better get started if we want to pass."
Just as I said that, a small red flag dropped on my head- bonking off and landing by my feet.

"Perfect timing." I joked as I watched the same thing happen to Amajiki- who now had the flag as well.

"Lets go." Amajiki lead- beginning to follow to path the green walls made, which began splitting up like forks in the road.

"Wait."

I placed a hand on his arm, causing him to jump in surprise. I ignored this, and continued talking.

"I can use my quirk to peak over to see what direction to head in." I explained, and Amajiki nodded furiously- a bit of blush on his cheeks.

"O-oh, right- t-thats smart." He stammered, embarrassed as he had no plan of action before.
"See if there are any students around too." he advised, managing to give the advice without any stuttering.

"Aww! You didn't stutter!" I smiled, like a genuinely proud mom- even though his nervous nature was kind of cute.. I watched as his face grew to be tomato red, and he covered his face with his hands.

"I-I um- I d-don't do it all the time.." He deflated, hunched over as he hid his bright colored cheeks- but I could still see his pink elf ears. I gently placed my hand on his wrist, moving his hands down and smiling at him.

"It's cute when you get all nervous." I whispered mindlessly, but slapped my hand over my mouth right after. "Wait- that's not what I was trying to sayyyy!" I whined slightly in embarrassment, covering my face in a similar way.

"Y-You- wait, n-now you're doing it too.." He muttered, and when I looked up I got a glance of Amajikis face; blushing, and the smallest of smiles on his sQuIgGLy lips.

"S-Shhh, you didn't see anything." I whispered, hoping he wouldn't be bringing up how I reacted to my own statement ever again.

"B-But I- oh whatever.. c-come on, we have to hurry and go-" He muttered, snapping me back into hero mode.

"Right." I sighed, sucking up all the embarrassment I felt. I quickly activated my quirk, lifting myself into the air with the molded ground pushing me up.

Ok. It looks like we aren't too far from the exit.. but there are three students over there.

I dropped down, motioning for Amajiki to stay quiet.

"There's three people over there. If we get their flags we will just need one more for both of us to pass." I whispered to him, and then made my way creeping around the corner. The boy followed, silently beside me.

"Which way should we go?"
"Lets go to the left."
"I wonder if anyones nearby."

Hearing the voices, Amajiki activated his quirk and his tentacles whipped around the corner, grabbing all three students.
