It was Saturday today so I decided to visit mom. I didn't bring Kai today because he's kinda sick from last weekend. I texted Joshua to meet me in front of the elevator kasi may mga dala ako. I entered the elevator and was about to push the close button when two nurses came inside. They were talking about something, they didn't even noticed I was there.
"ang pogi ni Doc. no?" Dawn giggled.
"wag kang ano, akin yon" the rude nurse said.
"feeling ko nga girlfriend niya yung nasa picture frame, kamukha nga ni Miss. Shaznei" Dawn sadly said.
"ako lang ang nagiisang Mrs. Alcantara no" the rude one said, they both giggled. I cleared my throat from shock. They both looked at me.
"o, maam!" Dawn said.
"kanina pa pala nanjan di manlang nagsalita" the rude one whispered.
"excuse me?" I said and raised my brow.
"are you describing me?" I asked.
"oo, obvious ba?" she sarcastically asked.
"you know what? if I were you, I should be watching my words. You don't know what I can do" I said.
Tumunog ang elevator hudyat na nakarating na kami sa floor namin. Pero Imbis na lumabas ako, lumapit ako doon sa malditang worm.
"minamalditahan mo ako, e mas maldita ako sayo, dahan dahan ka, di mo ako kilala" I said then smirked before leaving the elevator.
"Shaz!" someone called me.
Napatingin ako at napatingin din yung mga nurse. It's Nathan.
He smiled at me before waving. I smiled too then he started to walk towards me.
"tara na?" he lend his hand. I gladly accepted it.
"ay girlfriend niya nga ata" the rude one whispered.
I heard a heavy sigh so I looked back.
"kanina pa pala nanjan di manlang nagsasalita" I mocked and looked at the rude one with a smirk.
I looked at Dawn, she even looked scared when I looked at her. I smiled at her and spoke.
"have a nice day, Dawn, you're so kind..." I told her then looked at the rude one. "...unlike others" I said and looked at her coldly before walking away with Nathan.
Ng makalayo layo na kami nagsalita na ako.
"you can let go na, I know that you're just making them stop chasing you" I said.
"paano mo nalaman?" he asked.
"narinig ko lang" I said then smirked.
"anong pangalan nung mataray" I asked.
"ah yon, Freya. Mataray talaga yon, crush ako noon e" he answered.
"I see, anyway, bakit ikaw yung sumundo?" I asked.
"may ginagawa si Joshua e, binilin ka saakin" he stated.
"I wish we're always close like this" I said without looking at him.
"wish ko lang" he sanged. It's like he didn't even hate me.
"saan yung office ni Joshua?" I asked.
"nakalock opisina niya, naiwan pa susi sa loob, tanga tanga kasi. Doon ka muna sa opisina ko, tawagin ko lang si Joshua" he said.
We walked towards his office then he opened the door, welcoming me inside.
"jan ka lang, mabilis lang to" he said then closed the door.
I sat down but got bored easily so I walked around, I appreciated the dominant colors, it's so organized, just like my office. I looked at his table and saw a picture frame. I took it and what I saw made me feel guilty.
It was a picture of him and I, hugging me while we're sleeping. It was my favorite picture of us. I told him that whatever happens, this will be a good memory.
"kaya nga-" someone opened the door but got cut off when he saw me holding the frame.
"sorry, I got bored" I said then put the picture frame back on place. He acted nervous so I decided to tease him. Even Joshua got nervous too.
"crush mo parin ako?" I smirked. He walked near me.
"sino ba kasi nagsabing itinigil ko?" he teased back.
"hoy pokpok ka! may mapapangasawa na siya!" Joshua fired.
"char" Nathan said before laughing.
I excused myself because someone called me. It's my friend from Fortnite, Rea.
[hello? sorry na agad di ako nakatawag kahapon, nagaway kasi kami ni Adi, bwiset]
"anong nangyari ba?" I asked.
[si Adi kasi may katrabahong babae, sulsol ng sulsol sakanya, hindot siya]
I could feel the anger on her eyes.
"that's normal na may nagkakagusto sa mga guys natin" I said.
"hindi dai! iba talaga yung kamandag niya, sasakalin ko to pigilin mo ako" she said.
I suddenly heard Adi's voice so Rea said that she needed to go.
