Aria Pov
Mum and dad had both just arrived home and the girls and Caleb had just arrived deciding to skip school this afternoon to be here for when Mason told me whether the treatment was working. I looked over at Toby thankful he stayed knowing he would be the one i could break down too.
Shortly after I heard a knock at the door. My mum looked at me before walking over and answering it. I saw Mason walk in and got my weak body off the couch and hugged him tightly. He hugged back before smiling at Hanna who got up and came and hugged him too. I could see the jealously in Caleb eyes at that moment.
Soon the pair separated and we all sat down as Mason looked at me. I had a weird feeling it was bad news and cried as i spoke "Just tell me" He took one look at me "Aria the treatment is working but not as quick as it should be. I'm sorry" I looked around the room my mum buried her head in my dad chest. The three girls were hugging each other. Caleb had his head down and Toby looked at me with worry. I wrapped my arms around Toby and hugged him tightly not letting go for a short while.
After a bit of time i looked at Mason "The treatment is working those right?" I was so confused and he nodded indicating that it was but then spoke "It going to be a slow progress Aria" That when i knew i needed to get out of there. I stood by weak body up and walked out the front door. I didn't care that my name was been called i just wanted to forget and there was only one place i could do that with Ezra
Ezra Pov
My classes had finshed up a hour ago and I was worried like crazy about Aria even more so when her friends skipped my class this afternoon.
I was thinking trying to figure out what she could be keeping from me when i was suddenly pulled out of my thought by hearing a knock at the door.
I stood up and opened it to see a puffy eyed Aria. She immediately ran into my arms and hugged me tightly not letting go "Babe are you ok?" I looked down at her weak body it was clear she was unwell and i knew it was more then the flu. Aria smiled "I'm fine i just wanted you to hold me for a while. I missed you" I smiled and whispered " I missed you too" I smiled as I picked Aria up and carried her to the couch bridal style before cuddling her tightly.
Soon after she fell asleep and i looked at her frangile body. She looked so weak, weaker then someone who would just have the flu which scared me but i couldn't ask her until she woke. I held her tight and kissed her forehead. I just prayed that my baby girl was ok because i didn't want to lose her ever
