THIS IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND COULD OFFEND SOME PEOPLE IDK BUT THIS IS A WARNING

---

as i felt the drug spread through my veins, his face appeared

“hi, love” he spoke, accent thick and raspy

“a-ashton” i breathed

“its okay, im here”

was he?

a hand touched my thigh and i stopped shaking, didn’t even realise that i was

i closed my eyes and listened to the sounds in my bedroom. ashton breathing, my breathing, the radio playing softly in the background. I shifted slightly on my bed, the creak being the loudest noise in the room at that moment

“what happened this time, love?”

“mmmph” I murmured, running my hand over the bruise on my stomach that my mother had put there several hours ago

i felt an arm wrap around my shoulder. he must be sitting next to me, even though I never felt the bed dip next to me

a warm breath graced my ear, sending a small shiver down my spine

“i will always be here for you” he whispered, leaving small kisses down my neck. every time i felt his lips touch my skin i slowly became more and more aware of my surroundings

i opened my eyes and looked next to me. his face was transparent, but he just smiled

“no” i shook my head “you are just gonna fade away, like always…”

“you know how to find me” he spoke, grabbing my hand. the sensation lasted mere seconds before his touch faded. he faded. i felt a single tear roll down my cheek

i was alone again. not for long. I reached over to my bedside table and picked up the needle for the second time that night. the feeling of the syringe sliding into my arm calmed me

“hi, love”
