Chapter 29

New Year

In the next few days, everything went well between Leo and Carter, and the new spread-out closely to their friends about Leo's relationship with Mich. Not all the people around the neighborhood knows about it, they only maintain the situation within their circle of friends. At first, Leo was uncomfortable sharing their relationship with anybody. He only had a condition to everyone who knows about them, that they can't tell it to anyone and must not start any situation that could start something cruel with it.

"Until when you're in the city, Leo?" Rachel asked her cousin while he helps him packing some of his stuff.

Leo turned to face her, "I think we'll be gone until the day after the new year. I agreed with Mich because I think it is the best time to spend some time alone with him. And it's his request and I also would love to be with him. I hope you understand it, Rachel."

Rachel chuckles, "yes, of course! And why wouldn't I? But of course, I and mom would love to have you during Christmas so would know how we celebrate this holiday! But on the other hand, I think you'll be happier when you'll spend your time with him. So don't worry about us, just have fun, okay?"

"Thanks, Rach." He smiled and Rachel returned it with a tight hug. She couldn't be more proud of her cousin because of what's happening in his life right now. It is his first time to be out of the country and fortunately, he found someone else he loves and she thought that it's the wonderful thing that ever happened.

Not that long ago when they heard the car's honk and Jacky called Leo that Michel's already there to pick him up. He immediately grabs his duffel bag and quickly went out of the house. He bid his goodbye to them and shouted see you soon and saw Mich getting out of the car. As they got closer, Mich grabs the bag from his hand and put it on the back seat alongside with his things.

The two of them will be staying in the city until the day after the new year.

"I'll bring him back in one piece, don't you worry about him," Michel said to Jacky and Rachel. Rachel suddenly felt jealous about it though she instantly let it go because she wouldn't fight with her cousin when Mich has already set his eyes to Leo. At this moment, no one can take Mich from Leo and that's what he's holding on. "Get inside now, Leo." He demanded and Leo abruptly went inside the car and followed by Mich on the driver's seat.

Mich kissed Leo before he starts the car, Leo giggled when their lips parted.

"I can't wait to spend this whole holiday with you,"

Leo smiled, "me too," he giggled, and then kiss happened once again.

As Mich started driving, he sees before his eyes what will they be looking forward at their time alone together. They'll be staying in the dorm where they don't have to get a room for themselves while they were in the city and it will lessen them around the expensive stuff around the city.

Not that long when they reached the dorm, Mich carried all their bags up to their room.

"Are we gonna share the bed or not?" Leo asked. "I think Carter wouldn't mind if you use his bed though."

"No, I don't want to sleep on Carter's bed. I want to sleep next to you even if it had no space for both of us, I don't care. We can cuddle all night and day. And you don't like me to sleep with you?"

Leo shakes his head, "No, I didn't say a thing about that. I was just telling you but I would love to share the bed with you. We barely hang out back home because people might start gossip about us. Though I think Rachel and her friends and your brother wouldn't speak a thing about that."
