Takes place right after they arrive at the prison.
"Huh? Oh, uh, yeah, I was just- uh, making sure Beth was okay." I heard Carl say. He practically ran out of the cell, his face turning red.
I kept my usual neutral expression. Until Carl looked at me that is.
I lost it when my eyes met Carl's. I sat down, silently laughing as Carl's face grew redder and redder.
He glared at me. "What's your problem?" He hissed as he walked to a different cell.
I stood up and walked after him.
"You're the one with a major crush on-"
He clamped a hand over my mouth. I laughed again.
We had gotten past that phase where neither of us wanted anything to do with the other. Now we were best friends. He could still be rude at times, but then again, so could I.
I pushesd his hand away. He walked away, looking extremely unhappy. I smiled and went to look for a cell. We had a new home. Somewhere safe to live.

Hershel was hurt, the men were off somewhere in the other cell blocks with the prisoners, the women were watching Hershel, and Carl was- wait... Where is he? I thought. I looked got up from where I was waiting with Carol, Maggie, Beth, and Lori. I checked in his cell. Nothing. I checked in all of the other cells. Nothing.
I sighed. I didn't know where Carl was, or what he was doing, but I was sure it was something stupid. I went back to where the others were waiting. Maybe I should say something... I thought, just as Hershel stopped breathing. Beth and Maggie started crying. Lori started to perform CPR.
I stood in shock. Suddenly, walker Hershel got up and began tearing apart Lori's flesh. Or at least what I had thought for about t
five seconds. I sighed with relief.
Maybe he will live. I thought happily. Then, we sat down and... Waited.
A while later, Carl walked in, carrying a bag. A bag full of medical supplies. Oh. I thought, figuring out what had happened.
Naturally, being the responsible mother she was, she yelled at him. Naturally, being the reasonable, cooperative son he was, Carl argued. He didn't shut up until Beth told him that he was being disrespectful towards Lori. He stormed out of the room.

All hell had broken lose. Everyone went in opposite directions. I stood, unsure of who to follow, before running after Maggie, Carl, and Lori.
“Wait!" I shouted, catching up with them. We ran. I wasn't sure where we were, I was just following them. I hope everyone else is okay. I thought. We were in some room. I looked at the others. Lori had a strange look on her face.
“The baby's coming."
Oh.
Crap.
Maggie began to try to help Lori but... Something went wrong. There was blood. No... No... No...
Carl was crying as he and Lori... Said their goodbyes. I felt tears in my own eyes.
Maggie cut open Lori's skin. Moments later, Lori was gone, and Maggie was holding a small baby. But it wasn't moving. I felt warm, wet tears on my face. Maggie pat the baby's back a little. It began to cry. I felt a bit relived. But there was still the fact that Lori was gone. I looked at Carl. No emotion showed on his face. Maggie began to walk out of the room. I turned to follow her. Lori... She going to turn if we don't -
BANG!
The sound of a gun went off in the room. I turned just as Carl shoved past me and Maggie. Carl... I thought sadly. I Felt horrible. I could only imagine how he felt.
I hate this world. I thought angrily.
It sucks, I know. The next chapter will have some more action or whatever.
