Ari POV: It's been a week since we revealed our relationship. Most of our fans have responded positively which we are very great fun for however there were some that didn't like the age gap or the fact that we were taken which has caused some hate. We decided that while we did get some hate in the end it's our lives and our love, so we decided to do our best to ignore it. We also said that if it got to be too much or we felt hurt because of it we would tell the other person. Anyway right now I'm on a plane and I just landed on the plane to LA as our anniversary is tomorrow. I quickly get out eager to see Grayson. As I'm walking out into the gate I hear a scream. "Oh my god! It's Ari!!!" A girl yells and her along with many others start to swarm me. "How's it like dating Grayson?" "How'd you land him?" "I love you" "what are you doing for your anniversary?" They all start to ask questions and I start to get uncomfortable. "Oh my god! It's Grayson!" Another girl yells and they run to him and ask him questions. He is able to escape the crowd and he locks eyes with me. "Ari" he breathes. "Gray" I say quietly before I drop my bag and run into his arms. "I missed you" he mumbles. "I missed you too bubs" I respond as we stay like that. "God I love you" "I love you too so much" I say in return before he leans in and we kiss each other breathless ignoring the cheers coming from the fangirls. We pull away and he puts me down before we grab my bag and head to the car. When we get to the house I am pulled into someone's arms and spun around "future sister" they yell and I realize it's Ethan. "Ethan!" I respond hugging him before he puts me down and we go inside to catch up before Gray and I go to sleep.
———next day——— Gray POV: I wake up with my arms wrapped tightly around Ari's sleeping figure. One year. It's finally been a year and yet it's only been a year. Loving Ari has made my life so much better and I honestly can't wait to spend today with her. I carefully unwrap my arms from around her causing her to stir slightly. I grab a hoodie before putting it in her arms. She immediately nuzzles her face into it before sighing in her sleep contently. I go to the kitchen and start to attempt to make cinnamon rolls which is Ari's favorite breakfast food. Of course their from the package so it's pretty easy, and before I know it their done and I plate them along with some hashbrown I made and some apple juice knowing how she likes to drink juice in the morning rather than something with caffeine. I grab the tray with food on it and move back to my room before setting it on the desk and going over to Ari. "Baby" I say kissing her cheek. "It's time to get up." I continue and she just groans. "Baby" I say and she groans again. I begin to place kisses all over her face. "Mmmm this feels nice" Ari mumbles waking up. "Time to get up. I made you some breakfast." I tell her before kissing her lips . "Okay I'm up" she says sitting up and I grab and place the tray down on the bed getting in beside her. "Mmmm" she moans. "This is good. Thank you bubs." "Your welcome baby" he responds before leaning over and giving me a light kiss. "So what are we up to today?" I ask when we finish eating and cleaning up. "Well first we are going to get ready and go to the park" he says before we both go to get dressed. "Okay I'm ready" I say and we leave the house to go to the park. We stay for a few hours as Gray tries to teach me how to ride a longboard. "I'm not gonna get it" I say after falling for what seems like the millionth time. "Yes you will" he says helping me back on. I stand in the board and push off and I don't fall. "Oh my gosh. I did it!" I yell jumping into Grayson's arms. "I knew you could!" He exclaims spinning me around. We continue to ride the boards around me falling on occasion. Then he takes me to have a picnic enjoying each other's company. We cuddle on the grass for a while before we give each other gifts. "I have another surprise but that's for this weekend." He says handing me a gift bag. I open it to find a cute card which I read before leaning over and kissing him. "Look at what's inside the card baby" he tells me and I look before gasping. "Oh my god. Grayson!" I exclaim before hugging him tightly. "You're taking me to the Jonas brothers concert bubs oh my god" I say slightly freaking out. "There's your actual gift in there" he says before I open it to find this

"Oh my god" I gasp. "Baby I know what your thinking. I'm not proposing...yet" he says. "This is a promise ring. I promise to be there for you, to be loyal, to take care of you and support you, and that no matter what I'm never going to stop loving you. And one day I'm going to replace this with an engagement ring and then a wedding band. I love you, do you accept my promise?" He asks and I tear up before nodding. "yes yes yeah" I say still nodding and he puts it in me before I kiss him. "I love you" I mumble against his lip. "I love you too" he says pulling away. "My gift kinda sucks now." I say giggling. "I'm sure I'll love it" he says grabbing it before unwrapping it to find this

@arisanchez: Happy one year anniversary bubs. How can I even start to thank you for this incredible year. I love you so much Gray. I know at times it's hard.
