It's one year later when the warlocks call for a meeting of the council. A year since Cordelia sent Rosalyn to the Vatican to study her powers and destiny. At the request of John Henry Moore (who I may be doing a love story on because he's hot), Rosalyn travels from Sicily to California, to see her uncles again.

Throughout her year studying her fate, Rosalyn has developed a pain in her soul, and as she gets closer to the now underground Hawthorne School. She arrives with her mother, as well as Zoe and Myrtle. The three witches are less than pleased to be at the school, but Rosalyn has missed her uncles dearly.

She stands near the fireplace of the meeting room as Cordelia begins. "Let the record show that the request of Hawthorne School, that we have assembled an emergency meeting of the council."

"In order to address what must surely be a matter of grave and pressing importance." Myrtle comments.

Ariel stands to begin his spchiel. "Illustrious members, I want to thank you for coming and giving us the opportunity to share with you what we've discovered. We recently took in a boy here at the school. At first, we thought he was simply one of us, a warlock who needed out help and training."

"But?" Zoe interrupts.

The warlocks look at the girl. "The things he did were extraordinary, and after conducting the requisite test of his powers, we came to the conclusion that his abilities are so impressive that they rise to the level of Supreme." Ariel finishes.

There is a heavy silence in the room.

"Did you say this was a boy," Myrtle begins, "as in male?"

"Ariel, do you actually believe this?" Cordelia asks incrediously.

"We wouldn't have summoned the council otherwise." He tells her.

"In all recorded history, no man has ever approached the level of Supreme." The woman denies. "Men are simply not equal to women when it comes to magical ability."

"That was then, Mother." Rosalyn speaks up. "Things are different now. What if this warlock is transgender but doesn't leave for fear of not fitting in at Miss Robichaux's? The witches claim to be accepting of all but I've seen scared girls turn away from the doors of the school. So why would they risk-"

"That's enough, Rosalyn!" Cordelia interrupts. "Testosterone is a known inhibitor. It impedes access to the ethereal realm."

Ariel and Baldwin watch the woman as she practically scolds them, but John Henry and Behold watch Rosaline, who stares at the floor intensely. Their attention is brought back to the meeting when Ariel tells Cordelia, We want you to administer the test of the Seven Wonders."

"That is out of the question . . . "The Supreme's voice fades away from Rosaline's hearing as the pain in her chest grows. She looks to the doorway to see a blonde student listening to the meeting.

'That must be him. Who is he?'

"Because I'm the fucking Supreme!" Cordelia's voice rings in Rosaline's ears.

Insults fly as the boy and Rosalyn stare each other down. He smirks at her before walking away. And as he does, the pain in her chest dies down. Her arm is grabbed by her mother and she's pulled from the room. "Ow! Mom, you're hurting me!"

The young girl pulls her arm away from Cordelia as the witches stop and stare at her. The warlocks stand behind her as she cradles her arm to her chest, a bruise beginning to form on her wrist. Behold comes to her side and studies it. "Good Lord, Cordelia, you should watch your strength, her wrist is sprained."

"Hands off my daughter, we're leaving." She grabs the girl by the other arm but as she's pulled along the pain in her chest grows again. It gets stronger and stronger as they ride the elevator up to the surface.

But as the four women exit the structure, they see Michael off in the distance with Queenie and Madison. Cordelia then faints as Michael stares at them.

Everyone but Michael, Rosalyn, and Madison rush to Cordelia's side. Instead, Madison strolls over while Rosalyn and Michael stare each other down once again. His face changes into that of a very young boy and she somehow recalls meeting him when they were young. His face also flashes in recognition and Rosalyn leaves the witches as he walks toward her.

As soon as the two meet, the pain in her chest disappears entirely and she feels happy for the first time in a year.
