Addy's expression looks surprised when she sees me.

"What are you watching?" I ask when I reach her.

"Why are you here?" She replies, dodging my question.

"It was getting a bit boring in there. Figured you could use my company." She half-smiles and pats the seat next to her on the couch. Smiling back instinctively, I sit down. Only she doesn't have time to remove her hand, so I end up crushing it. She withdraws her hand wincing slightly.

  "Sorry."

"No, it's fine. That wasn't your fault. I should have moved my hands I guess." She twirls her hair between her fingers. And laughs lightly. I sense that she's uncomfortable, so I focus on the television. It's a big one. I bet her family's rich. The people on-screen are at someone's doorstep. The man hands the lady a bouquet of chrysanthemums and she blushes as she accepts the bouquet.

"Let's go Abby." The tv dude says. Beside me, Addy sucks in a harsh breath and quickly grabs the remote, switching the channel. She looks at me, her eyes begging me not to say anything about it. I don't. We are now watching an old episode of Victorious. Addy sighs and I look at her.

"I used to love this show." She tells me suddenly, biting on her lower lip. She smiles at me, a sweet smile.

"I hated it." Addy gasps and look at me in fake disgust.

"You have a problem. What's better than listening to a bunch of high school kids fight with one another? And people throwing pear pads out the window of a cupcake." She makes a face and I laugh, earning a glare.

  "I like Tom and Jerry."

"What's so great about that show? Everyone knows what happens in the end. It's always the same."

"Well I don't agree with you." I pout a little, which makes her tilt her head back and laugh. She has a nice laugh. I shouldn't be thinking these things though. I've only had one girlfriend in my life. We broke up 5 months ago because she cheated on me. I don't need anyone else cheating on me. Addy doesn't seem like a cheater but then again, neither did Brianna. We had been dating for a little bit over a year.

"Do you want some chips?" She offer, holding out a small yellow bag. I shake my head and Addy shrugs reaching into the almost empty bag. We watch in silence for a while. I don't' know what she finds so appealing about this show, but I enjoy spending time with her. I've only known her for about a week though.

"Is this what you do all day? Break into people's dorms and drink?" Addy asks, breaking the silence.

"Only if there's a cute girl involved." She looks around the room in fake confusion.

"I don't see a cute girl anywhere." I take out my cell phone and go into the camera app. I take a picture of her and send it to the number I got from her a few days ago. I wait for her phone to chime, signaling a text message, but it doesn't.

"Check your messages." She grabs her phone on the couch next to her. Surprisingly, she doesn't have a password. I thought everyone had a password on their phones, but I guess I was wrong. Though I do have a cousin named Stanley who didn't have one. I remember I took it when I was 14 and replied to a bunch of text messages from his girlfriend. He never spoke to me again after that. I never saw him again either because he went to college. Addy lets out a loud gasp which breaks me from my thoughts.

"Oh my gosh, delete that!" She squeals, grabbing at my phone. I let her take it. She asks for the password and I give it to her. I'm not sure why I did that. No one other than my mother knows the password. I guess Addy knows now too. She quickly goes into my camera roll and deletes it. It was a nice photo. She didn't remove it from my recently deleted, so I will be able to get it back later. Addy hands my phone back to me and flips her shiny hair over her shoulder.
