Chapter 2: Meira Emerges

 THE NEXT DAY MEI WAKES UP IN HER BED, CONFUSED.

What happened? Ugh, whatever I'm going back to sleep. At that exact moment Ira bounds in.

"Time to wake up sleepyhead!" Ira says enthusiastically.

Oh right, this guy.

"Yes, it is this guy, getting you to wake up!" Ira exclaims.

Mei uses her telekinesis powers to levitate Ira out of the room as she turns over and puts her pillow over her head. Ira then uses his powers to levitate Mei into his arms.

She's so beautiful, I can't believe she took me in and decided to care for me. I started to remember who I am last night, but I don't want to tell her. I have another secret too...I like her...

"Ira, you know I can hear you, right? It's ok if you remember who you are, but you think I'm beautiful?"

Mei sits up and looks at Ira, blushing. Ira turns red as if embarrassed by Mei's realization.

"So you know that I'm evil, but you only care about how I really feel?"

Of course. I like you too, but I was afraid to tell you. I'm happy you feel the same way! Let alone the fact that you don't have to be evil.

Ira blushes and gazes into Mei's lavender eyes, as he fights the urge to kiss her. Mei uses her telekinesis and her culinary perfection to make two special orders of grape juice for her and Ira.

Her eyes sparkle in the light as she works.

Two glasses of grape juice levitate into the room and fly into Ira and Mei's hands.

"My treat. Now, Ira, let's talk about your feelings. I'd love to know more about them."

Ira shifts uncomfortably as Mei sits next to him and looks deeply into his eyes.

"Umm... well...I like you, a lot." Ira mutters, awkwardly.

Mei's eyes widen. Sitting in Ira's lap, she immediately gets up and super speeds downstairs. Ira tears up, thinking that Mei did this because she didn't like him back, but little did he know, Mei was in the downstairs bathroom doing this:

Oh my gosh, he likes me? HE LIKES ME?! I FEEL SO LOVED!!! IRAAAAAA!

Mei super speeds back up the stairs, levitates Ira from his seated position, and kisses him. Ira's eyes light up as he becomes aware of the situation. Once the moment is over, Ira goes to the bathroom and tries to come out cool, calm, and collected, but it doesn't work.

"Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, Mei, That was great, OH NEVERMIND, YOU KISSED ME!!!!!!! I'VE NEVER BEEN KISSED BEFOREEEEEEE!!!!!!"

"Ummm... Ira?"

"OF ALL THE YEARS OF MY LIFE, THIS IS THE MOST MAGICAL ONE!"

"Ira?"

"AND I-what Mei?! I'm trying to have a moment here!"

"Umm...you have toilet paper on your foot."

Ira looks down and sees a toilet paper trail behind him. He super speeds into his room and closes the door. Mei laughs as Ira peeks his head out of the door.

"Meiiiii! It's NOT funny!!!!!!"

Mei falls on the floor and laughs at Ira, and he slams the door angrily. Ira later comes out in a white bathrobe from his hotel-esqe room.

"Wow, those tiny soaps smell great! Can I have some more?"

"Are you done with all of them?"

"No. I just wanna smell them."
