XII.NIGHTMARES

RENNA POV

I could see flames, trees burning, people screaming, others crying for their loved ones, and far away in the distance someone with a black cape, giving me its back, I came closer to the figure reaching my hand out to face it, the figure turned around, her eyes like burning fire...... it was me, suddenly I was seeing what the other me was seeing, death, but now I knew who caused it, I did this, I was the cause of all this destruction and bloodshed, I looked down at my feet and I saw what I always feared to see...Myself, my lifeless body lay before this new version of myself, I felt conflicted and disgusted by my own self as if I had killed my enemies, and then a voice calling my name desperately and with pain...Before I could turn around I woke up sweating with tears in my eyes and with a lack of breath, gasping for air, I heard a knock on my door and Genesis stepped inside with a worried expression and very much concerned.

"Renna! Renna, are you okay? You were screaming, what is it?" He sat next to me in the bed.

"Your sweating," He said touching my head.

"Im fine, it was just...just a bad dream" I said still in shock.

"Are you sure? Normally you don't scream ¨Kill Me¨ in a nightmare, Odin was growling and scratching the door to get out and Zeus was whining" He said concerned.

"I was screaming that?" I asked shocked and he nodded.

"What else did I say?" I asked.

"Well I really didn't catch it all but you sounded in pain....Are you sure you're fine?" He sure was worried about me, but I couldn't tell him what I saw, as long as I was concerned it was just a bad dream.

"Im alright Gen, go back to sleep, sorry to wake you up it was just a bad nightmare but nothing I can handle, I'm better now" I reassured him with a smile and he gave me a peck on my forehead and a warm smile before going back to his room, I sighed not knowing what I saw and why did it felt so real.

"¿What does this means?" I whispered to myself "I'm sorry if I scared you guys" I said looking at Odin and Zeus, they jumped back to the bed and came closer to me as if they were protecting me. Eventually I went back to sleep, this time without a dream or a nightmare.

KYLO POV

I woke up early to meet Renna in the training room since she told me to meet her at 10, she is always on time...Except this time, which was unheard of and unusual. It was at 10 hundred exactly I was just waiting for her to appear just outside the gates, but still she wasn't there. Time passed by and I wondered if I heard wrong about the time, it was 1030 but I used some time to warm up in case she indeed showed up. Finally heard some footsteps coming in and I turned my head to see who I was waiting for.

"Glad you are warming up" She said a little tense, she knew she was late.

"You're late" I said cleaning the sweat from my forehead, and I saw her take a breath. "Why". I asked getting close to her.

"Not your business" She said trying to pass next to me but I grabbed her arm stopping her, she turned around angry at my action.

"It is my business when you told me to see you at a specific hour and you don't show up, making me wonder if I was wrong, If this would've been me you probably be killing me right this moment" I said angry but with respect for her. She looked at me with ease, a little hint of anger too, eventually she stopped looking at me and sighed. I could see the dark circles under her eyes.
